Unknown POV:

I watch as all the pathetic campers run around like ants fleeing a flood. Up from my high perch, I watch as one runs into the big house on the hill. I hear the screams of the campers, mixed with the hollers of the monsters in the forest, and can't resist smiling. I don't usually allow myself to show emission, but the terror is just too invigorating. It washes over me, feeding my hunger, but I know better then to act upon it. The time for feeding was not quite here yet, not while the seven were around. Only a fool would attach them together, but I am no fool. I have waited this long to take what is mine, I could wait a little longer.

I was starring down at the field when I sensed something shift. I faintly recognized the sensation, but from where? My eyes wander, looking for the source of this change, and that is when I see them. The great seven run out of the building, weapons ready. I shrink back into the shadows, watching them.

But something brings my attention away from them, or should I say someone does. I feel a fire burn inside me. There she is, running with the others. I had sent my bounty hunters after her, but she had some how vanquished them. She runs with the others, looking nervous and scared.

Good, I think, she must sense me. I feel her fear, as does the forest, for in the next second all goes quite. I look around in wonder. Her powers were growing. I knew it, the spirits knew it, but she was oblivious. Good, then she would never see me coming.

Just then, the unthinkable happens. A tree nimph kicks me. Me! Not expecting the blow, I tumble out of the tree. How dair she?! Kick me. Me! She will pay dearly. I think to my self. I reach out a hand, about to make her suffer for her deeds, but before I can touch her precious tree,I hear yelling. I look over and see a group of campers coming my way. They must have heard me fall.

Not wanting to be detected, I turn and run behind the trees, using them as coverage. I must get back. I think. Summoning my remaining power, I dash through the trees and into the camp, weaving in between cabins, until at last I see mine. I run through the door, quickly removing my gear, and rush out into the crowd of demigod, no one being the wiser. No one thinks of looking for the danger in their own ranks, and that mistake will be their down fall.

Sorry for the long wait and the short chapter, but I couldn't help it. The truth is I wasn't even planning on having this happen, but when I started writing this chapter it just came out. Also sorry for the cliff hanger (not). I hope to be able to add on more often, because I have big plans for this story, but who knows where fate will take me.
Oh, and also I would like to start making dedications. Now, now, don't start rolling your eyes thinking 'another one?' I just felt like it okay. I'm not human you know. We've already established that. But back to the point, I would like to dedicate this chapter to my friend in not just the Watpad world but the life one as well, drum roll please . . . Hanners4! Now, just so you know, I just met her, like, last year, but since then she has been a great friend. She also has her own books which I think you should check out, just sayin'.
Thanks to those who read my work. And, also, please feel free to comment. I'd love to hear what you think. And, also, again sorry for the short chapter and long note, but I'm just trying to move on. Thanks for reading my little story. I love you guys!
