(Present time)

[Mary and ma are the same person. I called Mary as ma as she is like a mother to me and ma means mother in Hindi which is an Indian language :) Any other confusions, don't hesitate to ask questions :)]

Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!

"Grrr.. why are you so annoying?" I hit the button of my alarm to shut it up. I got up from bed and hurried to bathroom to get ready for my classes.

Then I went downstairs only to see Ma preparing breakfast.

"Morning Ma. Let me help." I said while grabbing the eggs from her old hands.

"Morning sweety. Thanks but I don't think you are allowed to help me in the kitchen anymore." She said in a serious tone while snatching the eggs from my hands.

"I'm not allowed? What do you mean?" I asked her confused. I have always helped her with the households. What's wrong now?

"Your husband hired me to do all the households so that the members of this house don't have to do anything. It's my work not yours. I know you like to help me sweety but now that he is back I think it's better you stop."

"I don't care what he does and he said I can do whatever I want so I wanna help you." I smiled at her and took the eggs back.

During these months Mary and I have become very close. She was like a mother to me and that's why I call her 'ma'. Everyday I would wake up early to help her with breakfast before going to college.

We were preparing breakfast and chatting when we heard the sound of the door bell. Who is disturbing us at this time so early in the morning?

"I'll get it" I said to ma and rushed to open the door.

There standing at door was a man with glasses and wearing a suit. He looks like a character from some manga with his green eyes and messy black hair. He was staring at me like I was an alien.

"Huh yes? Can I help you?" I smiled at him.

"I'm here to meet Ethan and get out of the way please." He pushed me aside and walked in. How can someone be so rude!! Who does he think he is??

"I didn't know Ethan bring girls like you at home." He said while eyeing me from toes to head.

"Excuse me?" I was shocked. What does he mean by 'Girls like me'?

"Oh you have something here." He said while leaning closer to me. On reflex I step back only to hit a chest behind me.

"So I see you have met my wife." Ethan said from behind me.

"YOUR WHAT!!!" The man in suit looked so shocked that his mouth was nearly touching the floor.

There was a silent conversation between them and I was feeling uncomfortable standing like a fool between them.

"And you are?" I asked the man.

"Oh sorry. I am James Dion, Ethan's new manager." He held his hand in front of me to shake.

"I'm Tatiana Hus- ... Mackenzie. Nice to meet you.. I guess" I took his hand and smiled at him.

Then both of them went to the study room.

After having breakfast, I said a goodbye to Ma and went to college.

"So are you coming to the party tonight?" Camila asked while taking a seat next to me.

We were in class and the teacher hasn't yet arrive.

"Do I really have to answer that?" I asked her, rolling my eyes. Whenever there is a party she would ask me this question when she already knew the answer. It's a big 'NO'. I don't like to go to parties now that I'm married. I mean when I go to parties, Camila will just disappear with some random guy and I'll just be left alone with some guys who would hit on me but I just ignored them. I mean I'm married and I can't just have fun with some random guy. It will be unfaithful.
