Pixel had nothing to do lately.

Being in a video game always did have that drawback.

You start. Play. Get to the final part. Win.

Then you usually reset, right?

Or... that's what should happen. In a game with no post-game content... what can you do, other than sit around? Even the player must have been bored of it. That's why nothing has reset for... well, ages. Years, even.

Pixel tried to ignore the thought, since she usually had great ways to ignore it! Interacting with her people, visiting the other Kingdoms, even just... sitting around and doing nothing.

No knights will fight her. No threats remain. She's... definitely not getting any stronger. She tried to ignore that looming presence of pain and focus on herself.

"... Hmmm..."

"... What WILL I do today? There... is not a whole lot anymore. Sigh..." Pixel mumbled to herself as she began to mould her icing hair into its usual shape. "I could go beg the knights to fight me, but they would probably say the same old. 'Oh, but Pixel! You are the strongest knight there is! Our efforts would not benefit you!'... Hmph. Well, yes, they're right - but I just want something to do!"

Pixel began to curl the other side.

"Poor Pancake's just been... sitting there endlessly. She deserves a fight! A challenge! Not to just... rest against my wall and do nothing..."

She huffed in agitation.

"This is not fair at all. I want to do things. This life... it's way too peaceful..."

Her eyes went to her sword, which was in fact propped against her wall. A candy cane blade, white with pink swirls. A pink hilt with a red and orange striped bow and a red gem in the centre. It looked a bit more like a lance, but that didn't make a difference to her. She still liked to swing it around like a sword.

Pixel stood up from her vanity and went to her closet to grab her giant white bow to put around her waist - the straps went inside of her shirt, through two slits. Lastly, she rolled her socks up and put her boots on.

She posed in the mirror.

"Looking cool, Pixel!"

(AN: I really didn't want to draw Pixel's full art because that drawing up there took an hour and I just want to write, forgive my laziness and take Pixel's art I drew in real life. Pretend she looks less chibi and more... like an actual person, I guess? :))
