"No you stop," Lilly giggled into the phone.

"No you stop," said Aiden from the other end. They made a cute couple.

Matt was off work today but left, said he had to do something. I didn't know when he'd be back but I hoped it was soon. Lilly finally hung up the phone and turned to me.

"Where did Matt go?"

"I have no idea, all he said was that he needed to do something important."

"Oh, well that's a little weird."

"Yeah I know, and I usually go with him but he told me I couldn't go this time."

"Yeah... Wonder what's up.."

"Me too."

It was an hour later when Matt walked through the door. "I'm back Danny!"

"In the kitchen!" He silently came into the kitchen and sat at the table where Lilly and I were playing Uno. I glanced at his face and couldn't help but notice his beautiful smile on his face. "Why so smiley?"

"Well I was gonna wait to do this but, I guess now is a great time," he got up and walked around to my side of the table. "I was wondering if you wanted, to uh, maybe go on a date tomorrow night?"

"Hmm.. Where we going?"

"To Toesellies, I made reservations for two." Lilly had the biggest smile ever on her face watching us two.

"Yes I'll go on a date with you." He smiled and gave me a kiss, the quietly walked back to his seat and sat down to join our lovely Bingo game. This was a good day.

Later that night, we were laying in bed and talking, Matt told me that he was scared because he had never been on a proper date and didn't know what to do or how to do it.

"You'll be fine baby, I'm sure of it. And even if you don't, I'll dump you."

"What?" He asked shocked.

"I'm just kidding. But seriously if you don't I'll still love you the same."

"Okay, I thought you were serious for a second. I love you too," I couldn't see him, but I knew he was smiling. And with that I snuggles close to his chest and fell into a deep sleep.
