About A Girl

Athena woke to a warm body beneath her. She felt Jesse's arms stroking her back.

"Good morning." Jesse said.

"How'd you know I was up?" Athena said, her voice laden with sleep.

"Your breathing changed. Plus, you snore." Jesse chuckled.

"I do not!"

"You do. I think it's cute."

"How is my sounding like a hog in my sleep cute?"

"I don't know. Just is."

They laid there a while longer until they heard LJ wake. They listened as his tiny feet padded to the door. LJ slowly opened the door peeking in.

"Mommy, can I come in."

Athena looked at Jesse who was trying to hold back her laugh. "Hold on baby. How about you go watch cartoons and we'll be out soon."

"Ok mommy."

They listened until they heard the tv. Jesse couldn't hold back and let out a bark of laughter.

"That's not funny. He could have seen us!"

"Well, I'll remember to wake up and put clothes on."

They laid there a while longer, taking in the moment.

"We should get up J. My son will come back."

Jesse let out a sigh. "I guess. Can we shower together?" She pouted.

Athena removed herself from the bed. "No. You will stay here and wait." She went to the bathroom, leaving a sullen Jesse to her thoughts.

Chase was not happy. She had made her way to Jesse's only to see officers at the building. She knew she'd never get in.

Hey can we meet up? She only hoped Jesse would answer.

No. Stop texting me. Stop calling me. Leave me alone.

Chase was not going to just let it go. She would be with Jesse. Even if it meant ruining the life she had.

Jesse made her way to the kitchen after her, very lonely, shower. Rounding the corner, she spotted Mother and son. This was the life she pictured for herself. Her dream made better by the perfect little boy.

"Big J come eat! Mommy makes the best pancakes!"

"Oh does she? Can she make blueberry pancakes?"

The boy looked to his mother, "Mommy, can you make blueberr ones?"

Athena nodded, her smile spreading across her face as she watched the two people she loved...love. She had finally told the love of her life that she loved her. Athena blushed slightly at the scene of the previous night played out in her mind. The way Jesse held her as her orgasm coursed through her body. The tender caress as she came down.

"Mommy, did you hear me!" LJ said.

"No, sorry honey. What was it?"

"I said is it ok for Big J to take me to get new toys?" He said with the slight irritation, that was too cute.

"Jesse you don't have to do that."

"I want to. He's my buddy and I know he wants a cool Navy outfit like me. Right buddy?"

"Please Mommy. I'll be good. Promise!"

Athena had given in. She watched as her lover and son gathered the military style toys. They had spent the last hour in Toys 'R' Us looking for a uniform until Jesse remember the tiny, old Asian woman that cleaned her uniform may have one for LJ.

The tiny family continue to move through the store not noticing the woman following them.
