It didn't end well.

(Girls will understand this the most)
So ya know those awful period cramps that you get when your lower regions just decide to tell you that you aren't pregnant? Well that's how my head felt except for the fact blood wasn't pouring out of me. Yeah my headache was still very much pounding my brain. It had been about a week since the party and my head was still putting up it's angry fight. I guess Mandy was right, my head didn't like the drugs.

"Hey sweetie." My mother cooed as she tiptoed into my room.
"Hi." I croaked.
"Do you want more Advil?" She questioned lightly perching herself on the edge of my bed.
"Has anyone come to visit me?" I had been very upset when my friends failed to visit me.
"No. Sorry baby." My mother sighed. She then left to go pick up the phone that was ringing downstairs.
"She's lying ya know." Mandy said stepping out of my closet.
"Okay creepy. Are you a monster from monsters ink?" I joked.
"Haha so funny." My twin replied sarcastically. "Anyway. They have tried to visit but mom won't let them in."
"What!?" I cried. "Why?!"
"Because her 'baby' is in bed still." Mandy shrugged.
"No! I want to see him!" I moaned.
"See who?" My mom asked returning.
"Je ne vais pas dire quoi que ce soit mais je sais que vous aimez lui." Mandy whispered in French. (A/N: all translations come from Google)
"Quoi?" I replied innocently.
"I'm not stupid!" Mandy laughed.
My mother just shook her head and mumbled about how teenage girls are impossible.

Well teenage girls are impossible. IMPOSSIBLE LIKE MY DANG HEADACHE!

"I'll call Luke." Was all my sister said before she left the room.

About 20 minutes later I heard a knock at my window. Luke sat perched on the roof. I quickly ran and opened the window only to regret to getting up so fast because I sped into the bathroom and vomited. Luke held back my hair and soothingly rubbed my back, concern etched on his beautiful features.

"He's only worried because you are friends. He doesn't like you." I thought to myself, trying to calm my erratic heartbeat.

"Ali?" Luke asked softly.

"Yes?" I shivered, leaning back into his chest for support.

My shivering didn't go unnoticed by Luke. He hoisted me up bridal style and carried me to my bed. He pulled back the covers and laid me gently down. He walked around the bed and climbed in next to me. Luke pulled the covers over us and pulled me into his warm embrace. My head rested against his chest and his warm breath fanned over my ear.

"Ali?" He spoke again.

"Yes Luke?" I whispered.

I heard him gulp, his heartbeat quickened at the sound of his name. That caused my heartbeat to increase tenfold.

"HE DOESNT LOVE YOU!" I mentally screamed.

"Luke?" I whispered again.

"I think you should see a doctor. I'm worried." Luke said.

"Luke I'm fine." I reassured him.

"Please! I can't lose you!" He begged, choking back a sob.

"Fine." I soothed. I hated the pain in his voice. I let out a soft yawn.

"Go to sleep, darling." Luke whispered into my ear. He started to draw patterns on my arm.

"Will you still be here when I wake up?" I squeaked.

"I will never leave you." Luke promised.

With that I snuggled into his chest, let out a small yawn and fell asleep in his warm embrace.

"I will never leave you."

If only I knew that was a lie.
