~~it had been 2 weeks~~

I sat in my room. I tried to ignore the tears that wanted to spill down my cheeks but I didn't let them. 5 Seconds of Summer was no longer part of my life and I, to be honest, didn't know how I felt. Lia and Ari had been true to their word and never talked to any of the boys no matter how much it hurt. We would see them sometimes. The last 2 weeks had been filled with parties, fun activities, and adventures. I couldn't be more blessed.

I heard a soft knock at my door.

"Hey." Aria whispered poking her head in.
"Hey." I replied.

Liana and Aria both entered my room and found their spots in my room. Aria loved to sit in my desk chair for some strange reason and Liana loved to lay on the end of my bed. My mind swarmed of images of Luke but I pushed them away and tried to focus on the girls.

Aria seemed to notice this. "What do you guys want to talk about?"
"I know nothing about your guys's past." I said suddenly.
"Would you like to know about our past?" Liana asked quietly.
"Yes." I breathed.
Aria let out a breath before nodding.

"Okay." She started. "Growing up it was always a constant competition in my house. I'm the youngest of 5 kids so I was always considered the weakest. My oldest brother Brent was strong, my sister Trishna was witty, Grant was sneaky, and then Caden was, well, Caden. Being the youngest was an advantage because I was small and quick. I was also pretty smart for a kid and I would find ways to outsmart my siblings.
When I was 3 I stood up on a board for my first time. It was a tradition that when you turned 3 my dad would take you out to surf. Instantly I fell in love with the water and the feel of gliding. I felt like I could fly. That was the start of my long surfing career. Then when I was 6 I went skating for a friend's birthday. I fell in love with that too. I was a dancer so I had flexibility and grace and then surfing gave me my balance. I was noticed by the skate coach and she told me I should try out for the team. So I did and I made it on. I was a triple threat. A surfer, dancer and figure skater.
Then I first met Ashton at age 7. I lived on the same street as him but we never really talked. I was getting bullied and he stood up for me. The next day he got beat up because he stood up for me. I remember running home and going to my brother Brent and begging him to teach me to fight. He was wary and confused at first. I was his 7 year old sister and I wanted to know how to kick somebody and bring them to the ground. He taught me none the less. A couple days later I saw them beating up Ashton so I walked up and hit the main kid. He ran away with a bloody nose. Ashton and I started a beautiful friendship.
Over the years I learned to play guitar and then in grade 7 I met the boys. Instantly I fell in love with Mikey. I was there when he first dyed his hair and I was always with the boys. Mikey and I started dating our junior year and yeah.... When I was 12 my mom died and then when I was 15 my dad remarried and she has two daughters, Catalina and Persia. Cat is a junior and Persia is in 8th grade. That's all about me."

I felt bad for Aria. She had gone through a lot. Her mom had died! Was that why she was so strong?

"Is that why you have a fear of hospitals?" Liana asked quietly.
"Yeah. Whenever I go in I think of my mum." Aria bit back a sob.

"I guess it my turn." Liana smiled sadly. "Well growing up I was always the middle child. I have my older sister Brianna and then my younger sister Chastity. When I was ten I was in a music shop with my sisters. My family is a long line of cello players. I loved the cello and so in the store I was looking at different cellos. We were there for Chastity but I didn't care much. I remember I walked past an older boy playing bass. I loved the sound and I remember asking him about it. Then when I went home I begged my parents for a guitar but they said no. We went back to the store a week later to get Chastity's cello and the boy was there. I remember telling him how upset I was. Then a miracle happened and he gave me his guitar and his number. He ended up teaching me how to play and I loved it. When I went into my freshman year I joined a band and we have been doing really really well. My sophomore year was when I met this dork." She laughed and pointed at Aria. "And the boys. We all became friends but it bugged me that they were a grade older. I eventually got over it. Then winter formal for junior year, Calum asked me out. We started dating afterwards and um yeah."
"I didn't know you had 2 sisters." I exclaimed. I had only met Chastity.
"Yeah. We don't get along usually. Brianna is cool but I never see her because she is in college. And then Chastity is all about judging me. She is considered "popular" at school so she bugs me a ton. She is best friends with Persia." Liana said.
"How about you? What is your past?" Aria smiled looking at me.

I went to open my mouth when all of a sudden my vision blurred. I felt my body hit the ground and the last thing I remember was Liana gripping my arm and Aria screaming for help.
