Chapter 3 - Concert in the Park

Everyone in the band came onstage, and all the people around me started cheering.  I laughed and cheered too, and I heard girls screaming the band member's names

"Ohmygosh look, it's R5!!"

"Look THERE HE IS!!!!"

"Ross!! Roooosssss!! ROSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I LOVE YOU ROCKY!!'

"RIKER WILL YOU MARRY ME???"

"RYDEL YOU ARE MY IDOL!!!!"

"ELLINGTON RATLIFF!! IT'S HIM!!!!!!!!"

Those were just some of the things that I heard being yelled from the crowd. They must be a pretty popular band, I wonder why I'd never heard of them...

They started playing, and their first song was called Loud. It was really good!!! I saw some of the band members smile at me a few times, and I smiled back. The second song they played was called Crazy 4 U, and it was really awesome too!!! I loved the music, and inside I started fangirling a little bit. Just a little. The third song they played was called Say You'll Stay, and it was my favorite one so far. It was so sweet! Ross's voice sounded amazing when he sang it.... They played the rest of their songs, like Here Comes Forever which was amazing, and I Want U Bad which was great too. After the concert was over, there was a q&a with the VIPs. I think it was supposed to be before the concert, but I guess it got changed last minute because they were a little behind schedule. I followed them there, not sure what I was supposed to do, until Ross slowed down and walked behind the band with me. 

"That was amazing! I loved all the songs!" I said when we were walking next to each other. He was walking really close to me and it was making me feel a little weird, but in a good way. 

'Thanks!" He siad with a small laugh. Gosh, he had a cute laugh.

"What song did you like best?" He asked.

"Hmm... They were all so good. I think I'm going to have to say I Want U Bad." I answered.

"That's my favorite too!!!" He said, and we both smiled.

We got to the Q&A area where the VIP's were already sitting down and the rest of the band was waiting for us. Unsure what to do, I walked toward the back of the seats for the VIP's so I could sit down but Ross gently grabbed my arm and pulled me over to a chair next to him. I heard some complaints from the crowd, wondering why I got special treatment. 

"It's Q&A time everyone! Are you guys ready?" Rydel asked enthusiastically.

The VIP's cheered in agreement.

"Ok, then lets get this going!" Said Rydel.

"First question.... you over there in the striped shirt."

A girl who looked about six or seven stood up. 

"Is it fun being rockstars in a band?" She asked with a shy smile. Aww, she was adorable!

The band members smiled and said that it was fun to tour but sometimes the bus would break down and there would be chaos. The girl laughed and sat down.

"Thanks for the question! Next... You in the pink sweatshirt!" Said Rydel. 

"Who's that girl?" Asked a sassy little girl who looked about 13. She pointed at me. Uh-oh..

Ross answered with another laugh.

"Oh, I forgot to introduce her! Everyone, this is my friend Jenna!"

I heard some grumbles in the crowd.

"Another girl stood up to ask her question.

"Are you and Ross dating?" She asked, staring at me.

"No we're just friends, we aren't dating." I answered.

That seemed to calm everyone down a bit. The band finished the Q&A and we all headed back to the hotel. It was pretty late, so we just got some food from a cafe in the hotel, and went up to our rooms. Ross went downstairs, I figured he had to get something from the van so I closed the doors so change. I threw my clothes on the bed and got a pair of shorts and a tank top to change into. I changed into the shorts first, then took off my shirt. Just then, I heard a creak and a gasp!

I turned around, to see Ross standing there, his eyes wide open in surprise!
