Hey guys!! So, today I was reading a Ross Lynch fanfic where the main character got stuck in an elevator with Ross... Just like my story. Just wanted to say that I had no idea someone else already wrote that. Sorry! Well I hope you enjoy my story! By the way, if you don't like scary stories you might want to skip this chapter.. You'll  see why.

It had been about twenty minutes since we heard that we'd be stuck in the elevator for a while. Ross and I were just sitting side by side on the floor, talking a little but mostly staying quiet. What was I supposed to say??

"I'm really sorry I walked in when you were changing, I had no idea. I thought you would have gone to sleep.." Said Ross, trailing off at the end.

"That's totally fine, it's not your fault." I answered.

It was getting pretty cold in that elevator.. But I didn't say anything. We just sat there in silence for a few minutes. I involuntarily shivered, and Ross noticed.

"Hey, are you cold?" He asked.

I shook my head, even though he's seen me shiver.

"You just give me the creeps" I said with a straight face.

"What?? What did I do?"He asked, getting all flustered.

I laughed and he relaxed a little, realizing it was a joke. He took off his jacket and put it on my shoulders.

"You don't have to-" I said, but he cut me off.

"It's okay, you need it more that I do!" He said.

His phone rang, and it was Rocky on the other end. Ross put it on speaker phone so I could hear.

"Hey Rocky, you're on speaker. What's happening? Is the repair guy coming yet?" He asked Rocky.

"No, not yet. Hey, we're just going to go to sleep okay? It's getting really late and we're exhausted. Wake us up when you get out or call if anything happens, okay? Rydel's going to stay out here though so don't worry."

"Okay" We both sighed. This was taking a long time. Ross hung up.

"What should we do besides sit here in awkard silence?" I asked Ross.

Smooth.

"Ohh we should tell scary stories!" I exclaimed, answering my own question.

"I'll go first!" I said.

Ross nodded, and I started my story.

"Once upon a time, there was a girl in college. She lived in a room with one other girl. One afternoon she had to study for a test, but her roomate was sick so she didn't want to disturb her and went to a library with her books to study. When she got there, she sat down and started studying. After a few minutes, she realized she had forgotten one of her books and went back to her room to get it. She quietly opened the door and walked in, not turning on the light so she wouldn't wake up her friend. She heard dripping and remembered that the should get the sink fixed. She also heard breathing, and thought that it was good her roomate was getting rest. She got her book at left. When she got back, she turned on the lights figuring thaat her roomate would be awake because it was evening. Instead, she saw her roomate lying on the bed, blood dripping onto the floor from her. On the wall, it was written 'Aren't you glad you didn't turn on the light?'"

Ross gasped and I myself shivered again, even when I told that story it still scared me.

"Okay, I'm next!" Said Ross.

"Once upon a time, there was a man. He went to a hotel one day, and on his way up to his room he heard a strange noise coming out of another room. He was confused, but didn't think about it and kept walking. The next morning he heard the noise again. He went down to the lobby, and asked about who was staying in that room. The lady at the desk answered that he should just forget about it, and not look inside. On his way back up to his room, the man couldn't resist and looked inside that room through. All he saw was a person sitting on a bad, their back turned to him. He went back to his room. When he came down, he looked in the keyhole again but all he saw was red. He asked someone about it in the lobby, and they said 'Oh that is just someone with pale skin and red eyes.'"

He stopped.

"Is that the end?" I asked. He nodded.

"Isn't it creepy?" He asked me.

"Umm.. I don't get it. What does that mean??" I asked. I was confused.

"It means that when the man looked into the room, the person inside was staring back at him!" He said

"WHAT??" I said, pretty loudly.

"That's so scary!!!!" I said, and he agreed.

But he didn't get it. That was just CRAZY SCARY!!!!! I actually started shaking a little bit.

"Hey, are you okay??" Ross asked, looking concerned.

"Yeah, that story, just.. it just scared me is all." I said quietly.

"I'm sorry, I didn't think you'd take it so seriously!" He said. "It's not true!"

"I know... It's just.." I said, trailing off at the end. I looked at my shoes and to my surprise, my eyes started tearing up. What was happening to me?? I never cried!!! It must have been a mix of the break up, plus the fact that I had no idea what I was doing, and the scary stories weren't my best idea. A little tear slipped out of my eye and I brushed it away, embarrassed.

He saw, and moved a little closer to me. He put his arms around me, hugging me tightly.

"Hey, I'm sorry! Just forget about it." I nodded and put my head on his shoulder. One of his arms was still around me, and we just stayed there for a while. But this time it wasn't awkward.

Ohhh... just writing those stories gave me the creeps!! I looked up some scary stories online but they were way creepier that these so I just went with these two because I already knew them. Sorry I didn't write them very well, I heard them last year. By the way, I have no idea who actually wrote those scary stories, I've just heard them from my friends and stuff. I didn't make them up or anything. Well, I hope you liked this chapter! It was fun to write! And sorry I had an authors note at the beginning and end of this chapter..
