Okay, so what I really don't get is why Fall Out Boy's Folie à Deux was received so badly! I love that album!! It is literally all I've been listening to these past few days! Okay, maybe not all I've been listening to, but it definitely makes up the majority of if. I Don't Care, w.a.m.s., What A Catch, Donnie, (Coffee's for Closers) and Headfirst Slide into Cooperstown on a Bad Bet are so awesome! Well, basically each and every song on that album is great, but those were the ones whose names stuck in my head x)
Also, can anyone handle Patrick Stump's voice range? Because I definitely can't. Not in the slightest. His voice range is, in fact, so impressive, that I didn't realise at first that the guy who sings Thnks Fr Th Mmrs is the same guy who sings Centuries! Centuries is how I got (re-)introduced to FoB in the first place! But as it turns out, I knew them for years because Thnks Fr Th Mmrs was on the radio a lot a couple of years ago, but I never knew who sang it!
Seriously though, I don't think anyone can explain why Folie à Deux wasn't received well. I mean, I get why people who listen to a completely different music wouldn't like it, but apparently the fans didn't like it...?
