Chapter 15: Goodbye... For real

~Sarah's POV~
I see 2besties up on top of the cage, but something's wrong. Glowing pink streaks circle around her, making her hair float. The pink streaks multiply, creating a tornado, and the last thing I see from her character is her feet floating off the ground, before the pink tornado swallows them. A loud whooshing sound comes through the tornado, and it floats up. About a minute later, the end of the glowing ribbon appears, and unravels the funnel of swirling wind, revealing the tips of her feet. More of it slowly disappears, and now I can get a look at my friend again. I gasp. The tips of her feet are rounded! I look over at Horus, wondering if he's seen it too, and the look on his face tells me he has. I look back, and now the tornado is almost gone, revealing 2besties. But in a way, she's different. She's... Manga. And that's what you expect for a girl who has been obsessed with SAO lately. Her hair is pink and super long, and she's got a mint green short dress on with mini shorts underneath, since she would never wear an overly short dress. Her wings are purple, and in her hair is a gray and purple bow. Around her neck is a green vine necklace, with a sapphire set in the middle. She has striped knee highs on, as well as pink Mary Jane shoes, like her Minecraft skin. I look at Horus again, and his grin is so big, it looks like nothing could break it. And then I realize I'm grinning that hard too. She has her head down, and her hair is floating still, but it stops when the tornado is fully gone. After a moment, her head shoots up, and she opens her eyes. They're glowing pink. I look over at Sky, and he is looking shocked and confused right now. 2b zips over to him, and picks him up by his shirt collar. "You..." She sneers, and Sky is literally whiter than a ghost. "How dare you hurt my best friends, like they are dolls you play with! They have feelings-unlike you, apparently! My friends are special, and you want to kill them off for your own benefit! Look out that barred window. There are your helpers, running away from you and your mansion. You are a monster, and you know it! They'll run, and run, and never come back. Do you want people to fear you? That's what you want? Well guess what buddy?! I don't fear you!" Her voice is echoing, somehow. Out of the corner of my eye, I see Horus gets to his feet. "2b! Catch!" He says, and tosses one of his diamond swords to her. She grabs it, and holds it to Sky's throat. "Now you say goodbye..." She says, and his gaze hardens. "What are you going to do? Kill me?" He asks, and that seems to hit 2besties hard. Her angry face melts away, revealing a sad girl, who's realized something horrible. She sighs, and flutters down, giving the sword back to Horus. "Here. I won't need this." She says, and when he doesn't take it, she places it on the ground. He stares at her, shocked, and she flies back up to where she was. "Sky, thank you." She says, very softly. The echo is gone, too. Me and Horus stare at each other with shocked and confused looks on our faces. What has he done to our best friend?! But she continues. "You saying that helped me remember that I am passive. I do not kill. I do not harm. I do not hurt. I help." She looks at him, still with a straight face. "You've hurt my friends more than me, and I would avenge them, but I forgive you." By now, Paw and Crystal have joined us. They were expecting the death of Sky, not this! "I don't hate you. If there's one thing I've learned from church that I try my hardest to apply to my life, it's 'Don't hate the sinner, hate the sin.' And that's what I remembered." She had her head down, but now she looks him square in the eyes. "So Sky, you got off easy." And before she drops him into the endless pit, she says those two words again.
"Thank you."
And as he's falling, we hear a whisper from the hole.
"I'm sorry."
And that's all we needed to hear.
~2besties' POV~
I fly back to my friends, and hug them. Horus has picked up his sword and placed it in his sword holder by now, and everyone is just happy that Sky is gone. "He said that he's sorry." Sarah says when we've all stopped hugging. "Will he be okay?" I nod. "When we escape from here, everyone will be brought with us. He'll be okay." We walk out, great Pat and Jen, when Crystal gasps. "Wait! What about the mansion?" She asks, and Pat and Jen look at each other and shrug. "Whaddo we do?" Paw asks, and I shrug too. We all look at the mansion, when something green moves through the door. We hear Bajan- right, that's who we forgot- scream a really high pitched scream, and more green things go in the building. After about 5 seconds, a massive boom, and a cloud of dust, I realize what that was. I giggle, and everyone looks at me. "Was that you?" Horus asks, and I shake my head. "Then what was it?" Sarah asks, and I giggle again. "Creepers!" I smile, and soon, everyone is laughing. We walk back to the Nemphis, until we see an ender portal on an island. I look in it, and jump in. "WHEE!!" I smile, and suddenly, everything feels funny. "2b, what did you do?!?!" Paw screams, and everything goes black.

So just gonna say, this chapter was brought to you when I watched SAO! It's the only anime I like, minus Pokēmon, which is good, but not my taste. I like SAO, since it's about online gaming, and it has cuteness in it! By the way, the next chapter is the FINAL CHAPTER! There will not be any sequels until I think of something new, but not SAO, since me and my bestie Sarah are making a fanfic for that on our joint account, Ender_Besties ! But once I think of something, I'll put it on here!
