"Hey, Jack, how've you been?" I asked through the phone.

"Terrible. You're right, Keegan. I can't control myself. I need help." He helplessly spoke.

"Why don't we just go to the mall for a bit? Just to get our minds off some things? Also, I need new clothes." I chuckled.

"You're adorable." He whispered. "I'll pick you up in a hour, be ready."

"Alright, bye." I grinned. He answered good bye and I put my phone on the counter. Jack makes me feel a certain way. It's not love, it's more of a love/hate relationship.

I got dressed and straightened my hair and put it in a messy bun. I wore a grey crop top with black leggings and black Converse. I also put on a denim army jacket in case if it was cold.

I finished the final touches of my makeup and fixed my lipstick. I took my purse and heard a knock on the door, meaning Jack was here.

I opened the door seeing him simply dressed. "You look nice." He complimented me as I smiled.

"Thank you." I replied and locked my door. I went in his car, but Jack insisted on opening it for me.
We drove to the mall in laughter and jokes. It was pretty fun, to be honest. We were being ourselves and not faking someone else.

We arrived in the mall in fifteen minutes. "Let's go in!" Jack again opened the car door for me, again.

"I need new clothes and shoes. Maybe I'll even get a pedicure on the way!" I happily said as I walked ahead of Jack.

"Woah, slow down. We're just here to chill, remember? Save your girl stuff with someone else, babe." He smirked as I rolled my eyes. We walked in the mall and we immediately entered Sephora. It took lots of convincing, but it was worth it, because they have a 40% sale only today.

"Jack!" I heard a loud voice from behind me. I turned around seeing a beautiful girl run up to him and hug him. Jack kissed her until I approached them.

"Hey, I'm Keegan, Jack's friend." I said pointing out my hand to shake. I was trying to hide my anger, because Jack and I act like a couple from what I know, and it looks like he as a girlfriend.

She looked at my hand in disgust then back at Jack. "Uh, Jack, who is she?" She rudely said as she put her hand on her hip and fluttered her eyelashes.

Jack looked at me in innocence then back at her. "Baby, I don't know who she is. Some random chick, I guess. I promise, Rosa, I have no idea."

I looked at him in shock. I knew be would do this to me. I wanted to humiliate him and yell at him, but it will be much to obvious that I'm upset.

"Awe, boo you whore. Jackie is all mine! Right Jackie?" She kissed his cheek.

He cheekily grinned and replied, "All yours, babe."

They went off walking, leaving me there standing like an idiot. Jack does not know what's coming ahead of him.
