(Lauren's P.O.V.)
An intense pain struck my whole body. I wanted to stand up and walk away, but I couldn't. The smell of burning things was drifting through the air. My ears rung, with the slight sound of screams.
I did my best to turn my head to see something, anything. I looked to my left and saw the hospital, burning. People frantically ran around, screaming, crying. Once my ears cleared the slightest bit, I began to process some certain words, like, "Where is my baby?"
Where was my baby? Was it okay? My thoughts started to race quickly, my stomach urged with worry. Suddenly, ambulances began to appear, going to each person, helping them. I want one over here.
"Help..." I whimpered. I couldn't speak loud. It hurt to try and throw my hand up and wave. "Please."
Then, do you know that moment when you know things are horrible, but you think it is about to get better. That is what happened, as I saw two or three black Sedans roll in. Alex and Hotch jumped out of one. David, JJ, and Spencer jumped out of another. Out of the last one, I saw Derek.
They walked over, making a group. Hotch turned to Spencer, concerned. I could hear his faint words,
"What's wrong?" Hotch asked him. I could hear Spencer sniffing.
"She's here somewhere, I have to find her." He cried. Hotch turned, looking.
"Don't do anything else until we find Lauren." He demanded, as they all split. I looked down, realizing I was partially hidden behind a bench in front of a little shop. If I could lift my hand even a small bit to signal one of them, I would, because the pain and suspense was unbearable.
I was starting to slowly close my eyes and I was tired and hurting. I saw Derek spinning in circles, looking for me. He then looked over and for a second, he stared into my eyes. He stopped, surprised to see me, drowsy, in pain. He ran towards me and bent down. He pulled me from behind the bench.
"We need a medic over here!" He screamed. I saw Spencer look around the corner as Derek was whispering. "It's okay, Reid is coming, it's okay." Spencer then ran towards me, almost pushing him our of the way. Spencer began to caress my cheek.
"The baby." I cried, feeling my stomach. Spencer looked down at my bump, turning worried. "Help, please!" He screamed. "We need a medic."
(Spencer's P.O.V.)
I waited patiently, as patiently as a man with his nearly-dead girlfriend in front of him could. She had blood all over her legs and back and stomach. Her face even had a little blood-spatter on it. Her clothes were stained red, and she was laying there, almost motionless. Her eyes began to droop.
"No, Lauren, no. Open your eyes, look at me. Don't close them." I said, putting my hand on her cheek, trying to stabilizing her. I turned and looked at Morgan, who was staring the scene down.
I whispered. "Find a medic." Morgan stood and darted towards the heavy black smoke clouds. I coughed before turning back to Lauren, who had her eyes half-open. They were still opening and closing as if she was really tired and didn't want to stay awake.
"Tell the baby I love her." She said, in a delusional manner, not realizing that one: our baby could be dead. And two: She was only five months pregnant. Either way, I recognized her request as a good-bye. I shook her a little.
"Don't close your eyes, please." I begged. However, against my word, and her free will, her eyelids slowly fell down, as if she was dead... I choked up, crying hard now.
Two paramedics ran from behind and I fell back, watching them observe her pulse, heartbeat, and other key things. Afterwords, they stuck her on a stretcher and drove her a few miles to the nearest hospital that was not on fire. Of course, I followed.

In the waiting room, I sat, waiting on an update on both Lauren and our baby. JJ was next to me, holding my hand. I knew she was as anticipated as I was. In the room, Morgan and Garcia also sat across from us, holding hands as well.
"Spencer Reid." The doctor said, approaching me. I stood, my heart beating as fast as it possibly could. He placed his hand on my shoulder.
"Lauren is going to be just fine in time..." He said. I was relieved. "And," He began, making me nervous. "I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings... but the baby didn't make it..."
Time froze now. It was 6:39 and my world stopped. A life-form created by me and my beautiful Lauren... dead.
"Can I see her?" I asked, still feeling numb and frozen.
"She needs her rest... but when she wakes up, we will tell you." He told me. "And I am once again, so sorry, Mr. Reid." He turned around, walking into a crowd of nurses (rushing to help people from the other hospital.)
I slumped myself back into the chair again, cupping my head in my hands, letting myself cry into my palms. JJ began to rub my back, asking, "Spence...? What happened?"
"The baby." I cried. "The baby is dead."
