As she drove to the arena she started to shake. After almost 3 years she was going to meet her best friend.
J: ok i'm here
L: where?
J: the parking lot where else?
L: what car you you have?
J: light grey nissan
L: light grey? really?
J: it's my parents car shh
L: dont you need an adult to be with you
J: shhh
"You know, you're going to get in trouble one day."
She turned around to face Luke. The pit in her stomach faded instantly as she saw the pair of blue eyes she'd only seen on screen.
"Oh my god. It's really you. It's actually you."
"I don't know if you're just not confident in real life or if you overwhelmed."
Luke laughed as Jamie playfully shoved him. She laughed as she hugged him, burying her face in the crook of his neck. They stood there for a while, processing everything.
"Come one let's go inside. The rest of the band wants to meet you too."
Being at a show, the area, the stage, it's surreal. Backstage however, not where the meet and greets are held but where the stars hang out, that's where the magic happens.
There were a lot of "sorry's" and "careful's" exchanged as she and Luke walked to where the rest of the boys were. Yelling of the manager which was telling everyone what to do- everything was chaotic, but surprisingly, it felt like home.
At the end of the hall there was laughter coming through a room. Luke and Jamie walked inside. Immediately Calum, Michael and Ashton ran and tackled Jamie in a hug.
"FUCKERS!" Jamie screamed.
"Hey Jamie! How've you been?" Calum cheekily grinned.
"I'd be doing a lot better if you guys weren't on me. Just a thought."
"Oh cool."
"I hate you guys. Get off of me you guys are heavy."
"But we're hugging you!" Michael whined.
"I'll hug you all if you get the fuck off of me."
"Your hair smells nice you know." Ashton told her.
"Um. Thanks? I'll tell you the name of the brand once you guys get off of me."
"Guys, leave her alone. She's gonna not accept because you guys are being annoying." Luke said, rolling his eyes.
Immediately they got off of her, giving her a chance to get stand up. Before she could say anything, none other than Harry Styles burt into the room.
"Is she here yet? Ah there she is!"
He gave her a tight hug before Niall, Louis, Liam and Zayn came in the room and hugged her as well. She was left speechless in utter shock.
Zayn laughed as he saw how overwhelmed Jamie was.
"You're excited now, but wait a while, you'll want to leave so fast." Zayn told her.
"Eh, you guys aren't going to see me after today but you'll probably never want to again so."
"Oh? Did you not? Did Luke not? Never mind."
"I was going to but these idiots." he pointed to Calum, Michael, and Ashton.
"Tell me what?" she said, turning to Luke
"Well you see, I know this is very last minute but do you want to come with us for some of the tour?"
It took her a while to convince her parents but they agreed for some reason.
"The things I do for you Luke."
"Shut up Jamie. Come here." he said hugging her again.
This tour was going to be amazing. They both knew that
