little update <3 please read & vote

hi guys!! i've been thinking about this story a lot recently, and i wanted to give you guys a little update because i honestly wasn't sure what i wanted to do with it.

for a little bit, i was considering discontinuing it. not because i don't love the story anymore, but because i genuinely feel like drew and aurora have kind of reached their ending?? like they got their happy ending. they went through everything they needed to go through, found their way back to each other, and i don't really want to create some huge random conflict just for the sake of keeping the story going.

but at the same time, i am wayyyy too attached to aurora to completely let her go!! she was the first oc i ever created for a fanfic, so she has such a special place in my heart, and i genuinely don't think i can bring myself to officially say goodbye to her or this story.

and i also realized that it's not really fair to you guys for me to just leave the story sitting here with no answer on whether i'm continuing it or not. so i've decided that this is definitely not goodbye forever!!

for now, i think the main storyline is complete. drew and aurora have their happy ending, and i'm really happy with where they ended up/are headed. but i'm going to keep this book open and add little chapters whenever i have the time or randomly get inspiration.

instead of there being one huge storyline, they'll probably be more like oneshots/imagine-type chapters from different points in drew and aurora's life. they might not always connect perfectly or be in chronological order, but they'll just be cute completely random moments that i want to write.

drew getting arrested at short n sweet im looking at you!! aurora eventually entering man's best friends era (HOUSE TOUR HOUSE TOUR HOUSE TOUR!!!) !!! award shows, random domestic moments, vacations, them being annoying together, tiktok videos, ig posts, relationship milestones, maybeeee an eventual proposal??? literally anything.

and who knows, i might eventually come back and properly give this story an ending like im literally at sabrinas first coachella rn i need to write a proper write out and then go onto the one shots probably i think idk.

maybe during winter break when i actually have the time to sit down and figure out where i want everything to go. i'm just really busy with school right now, and as much as i love writing and love this story, school is something i can't jeopardize for it.

so basically, i don't want to call this story discontinued because it isn't. i'm just not going to force myself to constantly update or create unnecessary drama for drew and aurora when i feel like their main story has already reached such a good place.

also PLEASE comment any scenarios/oneshots you guys would want to see because i would genuinely love ideas 😭 they can be literally anything. i'll come back to this book whenever i have time and pick whatever inspires me!!
