Prologue

Hermione's POV

Hermione had just spent the last seven years with her best friends trying to destroy Lord Voldemort, and thankfully last year they finally killed him. But along with killing Lord Voldemort many of their friends had died and the Weasley's had lost a member Fred, and George had lost his twin. Along the journey of destructing Lord Voldemort, The Golden Trio had made many new friends like Tonks, Remus, Sirius, Fred, Mad-Eye Moody. Harry finally found his Godfather Sirius Black, they had freed him of all guilt and he was left an innocent man, but Sirius died during the finding of the prophecy.

Now Hermione was back home and she had managed to get her parents memory back, with the help of the Ministry of course. She had spent the whole summer with her parents for the lost time from the year before. Her parents weren't too happy that she had erased their memories but could easily forgive her as she had done it to protect them.

She finally got an owl a week earlier from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, asking her to come back and redo her final year seeing she missed the year before. Professor McGonagall had taken Professor Dumbledores place as Headmistress. Professor McGonagall had informed Hermione that she would need to come to her cabin at lunch time on the train. She couldn't wait to see her friends, and finally go and finish her final year at Hogwarts. But she also really missed Ron, they had started dating after their kiss in the Chamber of Secrets during the battle. She couldn't wait to finally spend some time with him.
