"Go! Go! Go!" their commander yelled loudly as they retreated back into their kingdom, she growled loudly not liking the idea of retreating. "We can at least kill off a few more Ditras!" she called back to her, "there's no time for that Yandra! Get back to Vinyash as soon as possible!" she glared at her but reluctantly ran away with the rest of the Vinyas. As they got further away from Ditra they heard the howling victory cry from them, she rolled her eyes and kept running, thinking you may think you have won this time but this is far from over! and growled one last time.

"Firsa, my queen, how long do you expect us to keep up the good fight?" he asked concerned and little nervous. Firsa sat happily in her throne and rested her head on one of her hands the other hand was tapping it's fingers on the arm rest thinking. "Do not trouble yourself with that Martes, everything will be alright, with Vinyash almost taken over we're doing great! Think of how much power we'll regain after losing part of Ditra!" Firsa sounded a little too confident. Martes knew she was underestimating the Queen of Vinyash and knew they weren't going to take it over, not without a fight first anyway.

"Titir! Word has spread that Ditra has gained a part of Vinyash!" A panicked female voice exclaimed as she burst into the throne room. "As I suspected" a calm male voice said back, "but I've known the Queen of Vinyash longer than anyone, she's making them think they've won when in fact, they have not" he rubbed his chin in thought. "So what shall we do? If they've conquered a part of Vinyash then they must be thinking they are strong enough now to take on us" she said nervously. He looked at her, "that's what I was thinking as well" he stood up from his throne and stretched before walking over to a window that over looked Sandire. "They can try as they might to take on our Sandirs but I can tell you for sure, they will fail" he narrowed his snake eyes and flicked his tongue as he looked out over the horizon.

"Isn't that terrible" Grinva said as she continued to stir the delicious smelling soup in the pot. He nodded and wagged his tail back and forth waiting for his mother to say lunch was ready. "So how much longer till the soup is done?" he asked impatiently, Grinva laughed and slid her gray fluffy tail to one side, "soon my son, about the time your father will get home from his daily patrol" as soon as she said that he hopped up and looked out the window and noticed it was almost High Star, he smiled as he also saw his father, Henfir, walking up the walk way looking a little worried. He opened the door for his father and Henfir walked inside. Grinva looked over at him and noticed his worried expression. "What's the matter darling?" she said as she grabbed three bowls from the shelf, "part of Vinyash has been taken over by Ditras, they might try to take over Wintile next, or any of the kingdoms for that matter" Grinva set the bowls of soup on the table and shook her head. "It's a shame we must live this way, remember when things didn't used to be like this?" Henfir nodded, "it was always simpler in the past but good things always seem to get ruined some how" he shook his head and sat down. "Maybe some nice warm soup will take our minds off it" Grinva said as she sat down next to her mate. "If it's as good as it smells then I'm sure it'll take our minds off it!" they all laughed a little, and Henfir nodded. "I'm sure it will Mayem, I'm sure it will".

"So if I were to take the axe and swing it like this..." Kyzira trailed off and swung the axe at a training dummy and hit it in the throat, "then it will definitely kill the opposing enemy!" she exclaimed. She took several more swings at the test dummy before her instructor came outside with the rest of her training group, "Kyzira!" she jumped a little and looked quickly at her instructor. "Your form was horrible, your swings were lousy, and you're not even using the techniques I taught you!" she rested her battle axe next to her as the other trainees laughed at her. She looked down at the ground and flattened her black ears against her head, she kicked the grass underneath her paw lightly. "Now, if you're ready to do some actual practice then you'll listen and do as I say!" he snapped at her, she sighed and walked over to the group. "Now as you all have heard part of Vinyash has been taken over by Ditra, meaning they could try and take over Grasen but with the training you have been receiving and practicing" he glared at Kyzira. "We will prevent this from happening, understood?" they did the salute and yelled back "yes Tenkir!" Tenkir nodded then gestured towards the dummies. "Then let's get training!".

The wind rustled the trees they walked through, they were patrolling the natural barriers between their kingdom and the others. "Do you really think the Queen of Ditra will try and take part of Forent?" Jin asked calmly and quietly, his brown and white spotted ears perked straight up listening for any foreign sound. "If they got part of Vinyash they might just try for any of the kingdoms after that, who knows if it'll be Forent" Sint said back, her black nose twitched as she sniffed at the air. "Should we inform Zaren about what we found earlier?" Sint nodded and they both headed toward the kingdom center.
