Chapter 6

"In danger," I repeated.

"What does that mean? Who are we in danger from?" Kirè asked dragging me upstairs.

"How, no why would I know?" I asked angrily.

"Just wondering. Come on let's just grab Tokemi and Paris and get out of here," Kirè said walking up to Tokemi and Paris.

"What are you two love birds talking about?" Tokemi asked walking over to Us along with Paris.

"No time to talk," Kirè said turning into a horse. I made Paris and Tokemi get on then me.

"Why are we riding on, Kirè?" Paris asked holding his mane.

"To have fun. Now Kirè go!!!" I yelled as Kirè ran down the stairs and out the door.

"Where are you going," Winter said from in front of us. Kirè quickly stopped and bucked us all off. Me and Paris fell on our butts and Tokemi on his face.

"Oof," Tokemi grumbled getting up.

"What was that for!" I yelled at Kirè and Winter.

"You were leaving without saying goodbye," Lake said flatly from behind us.

"Huh?" Kirè asked shrinking into a human.

"You heard us. You left us without saying goodbye," Tara said from our right side.

"We had to go back to the dorm," Tokemi explained as Zaki walked up on our left side.

"Aww... Why?" Tara asked, "we were going to show you our powers,"

"Ok show us and explain the exchange," I agreed and whispered to Kirè,"the danger," then pointed.

"For the loss of my taste and smell I use marionette magic," Winter said and called a bunny teddy. It had red eyes and looked like it had been burnt to death. It hopped into her arms and cuddled with her.

"Ew," Kirè said.

"For the loss of my emotions I use illusion magic,"Lake said lifting up his har in front of his right eye. His eye was green and blue swirls and it looked like it could put you in a trance.

"I was right," Paris exclaimed.

"For the loss of my sanity I can use elemental magic," Tara said smiling wickedly. She lifted up both hands and in one it had fire and water and in the othe a flower and a dust devil.

"Elemental?" Tokemi asked interested.

"For the loss of his voice Zaki can suck away people's powers," Tara explained.

"What!! Him?!!" I yelled and pointed.

"Yep. Him." Winter answered.

Zaki lifted up a hand and a light blue orb was at the palm. He then stepped closer to me reaching out his hand. I tried moving but my feet were tangled in vines. Closer and closer the hand came. Before it could touch me Kirè jumped in the way.

"Aargh!" He yelled and fell to his hands and knees.

"Kirè!" I yelled.

"Aww, such a hero," Tara said stepping on his back and making him fall on his stomach.

"Stop!" I yelled only to have the vines grow more around me they stopped right at my neck.

"Would you shut up!" Tara yelled.

"I wanna have fun," Winter whined.

"Then have some," Tara said tightening the vines on me.

"Aargh," I complained.

"Sis!" Paris screamed as she started using her power. Her eyes glowed an eerie glow.

"no you don't," Winter said calling a dozen of those stuffed bunnies. She whispered something into the one in her arms then he jumped down and started biting Paris in the arms.

"Ow," Paris whined.

"Paris. Kirè. Adi." Tokemi said as he was about to freeze time. His hands started to glow red, but before he could do anything Lake put him in a trance and Tokemi fell asleep.

I tried lifting up my arm to help, but it was held down by vines "ow!" I yelled as I felt sharp pain in my left leg and arm. I looked over to see the Crimson blood rolling down two vines that had stabbed me.

"Ha! This is fun and all ,but we have to go," Tara said smiling widely.

"Bro if you would," Winter said calling all her bunnies back to her.

"Sure," he said unemotionally. His blue and green eye started to glow then everything went black.
