Chapter Twenty one.

Hermione pov:

I sat under a tree near the black lake with Harry, Ginny and Ron. We had just had a qudditch training session and decided it was a nice day to spend time out side together. I realised I've been so focused on studying that, I've not spent as much time with them. Ginny was lent back again Harry, who had his arms around her with Ron sat next to them.

"So what's this about you having gone to Hogsmeade with Malfoy and studying with Notts?" Asked Ginny a playful smirk shown on her face.

"Notts is just a study partner that's it and for the Malfoy thing, he asked me to go and seeing as you all was busy I agreed." I tell them.

"Why not go with Luna?" Asked Ron.

"I didn't really want to tag along with her and my brother. I though they'll like some alone time together." I tell my three friends.

"But still Malfoy of all people." Says Harry.

"I agree with Harry, are you sure he's not trying something." Asks Ron.

It's just like Harry and Ron to not trust Malfoy. I can hardly blame them for the the grudge they hold against him. It seems like Ginny is the only one, who is likely to warm up to him but even then, I know she has a lot of hate for the guy. She's just more forgiving as person.

"He would be a bit stupid to try something with Blaise being my brother." I tell them.

"And Nott?" Asks Harry.

"Same with him, plus I can take care of my self." I say.

"We know you can Mione but you know, we still worry about you." Says Ron.

"I know you do and thanks for being there for me. " I say to them.

"I honestly think they both like you." Ginny says.

"Wh - what?" I stutter clearly shocked on what she had just voiced.

"Well I've caught them both watching you." Ginny says.

Both Ron and Harry as well as my self look at her. Clearly none of us have known about this but Ginny. I mean I knew he looked at me before, seeing as Ginny told but I thought it was a one time. There was also the near kiss but I haven't really though about that. I honestly can't believe that either of them would like me. I mean their just been a bit more nicer to me cause of who my brother is, if it wasn't for that. I'm sure they would still treat me like some mudblood as they use to call me. I would be lying if the thought didn't upset.

"Why else would they want to spend time with you?" Asks Ginny.

"Because of who my brother is." I tell her.

"Maybe but I've feeling that not the real reason. "She says.

"I'm with Hermione on this, even I find the thought of them liking her, hard to believe." Says Ron.

"What's wrong with liking Mione?" Asks Ginny.

"Nothing it's just the way they've treated her most her life to only change once they find the truth about her bloodline out." Ron says.

Harry just nods in agreement. I don't know what to think about this but Ron does have a point about it. It doesn't make sense for them to all of sudden to like. Treating me nice is just for my brother.

"Well I'll guess will just have to wait and see." Says Ginny.
