"Mom! I don't want to!" I dragged my daughter away from her naughty boyfriend, Joseph. I can't believe there's still kids that want to do drugs! I thought our generation was going to end it all but I guess not.

"Too bad! You're breaking up with that boy! He's not a good influence!" I say as we pulled up to her soon to be ex boyfriend.

"But I love him mom!" She said.

"Oh honey, you don't know what real love is." I remember when I was younger, my parents didn't really care who I was dating. I had dated a bad boy. I remember how I thought I was so in love. But I wasn't. He wasn't the best person ever.

"I can't believe your forcing me to do this."

"I'm not forcing you. You either get into that house and end it before it gets bad, or you keep going." My daughter sat there, staring. She got out, quietly. I waited. It took about 30 minutes. She came out.

"So, what was your decision?" I ask.

"We're not breaking up." She said.

"Okay, suit yourself." I say, and drove away.
