Come One Come all to This Tragic Afair

There was no sign of Gerard in first period. So the whole time I was doodling vampires teeth ,but I got bored of them so I started drawing a spider.

After the bell rings to go to second period I immediately walk to class. I want Gerard to be in this class. When I walk into the class I scan the room. The only people I notice that actually look like decent people are Chad, Ray, and a new kid. Great another kid I have to meet. I walk to Ray and them and I sit next to him.

Ray introduces me to the new kid, "Frank this is Mikey, Gerards brother." Oh ya, I remember the name "Hey Mikey."  

Mikey looks up and says, "Hey..." then looks down. I randomly blurt out "Hey does Gerard have this class?" My eyes widen.

Shit, why did I ask that? Oh well it doesn't sound that creepy, does it? "Ya he does, but I don't know why he's not here." Mikey says. Yay he has this class... But where is he?

The bell rings and I go to my seat which isn't far. Chad sits next to me, Ray sits behind me, and Mikey sits one seat away from me. I look at him giving him the why the fuck are you sitting over there, I don't bite face. He notices my face and he says really quietly, "That's Gerards seat."  

"Oh ok." I turn my head and smile. Hehe Gerards going to sit by me. I hope he gets here soon.

Before Mrs. Veal started lecturing Chad looks at my spider doodle and says," Hey that spider would be a badass tattoo. I think that might just be my next one." 

"Thanks," I respond "Do you want me to draw a bigger one to take to the shop?" 

"Sure that would be cool." 

"Alright. I'll give it to you after lunch." 

"Sweet thanks." Then Mrs. Veal gives us a glare and we stop talking and she starts lecturing. 

About five minutes later Gerard walks in with his note and the teacher stops her lecture about being careful with the lab equipment and all that junk. To ask Gerard why he was late. He responds, "I got lost.... So where do I sit?"  

"Well Mr. Way..." Hehe Mr. Way that sounds cute. " Don't let it happen again, and you sit there next to Frank.." She continues then points to me, " Frank raise your hand." I start to raise my hand when Gerard says, "I know Frank he doesn't need to raise his hand." He smiles at me and I put my hand down. Oh my God his smile is so cute!!! It was to me to!! Oh my God I need to stop.

He sits next to me and looks over and says, "Hey this is a pretty sweet set up. I get to sit next to people I know." 

I smile, I hope it's not as big as it is in my head. " Ya it's pretty sweet and usually tables have to work together in labs. So that means you can deal with all chemicals that can burn our hands off, and I can just sit back and relax." We both giggle and before Gerard can respond the teacher interrupts us and says, " Frank, Gerard is there something you would like to share with the whole class?" 

"Ya come on Frank tell Mrs. Veal about you and your boyfriend." John yells from the back of the class room and everyone but our group of friends and Mrs. Veal start to laugh. I get bright red and so does Gerard. Mrs. Veal looks at John and says "Not appropriate, Mr. Anderson."  

"Sorry Mrs. Veal" he responds then she turns to us "Never mind, just be quiet."  

"Ok." We say at the same time and then look down at our note books.

We talk a little bit during class but not much. We were both pretty embarrassed because of fucking John. The bell rings and we go to lunch. Damn I need a cigarette. I wonder if anyone has one. I know Ray and Chad don't smoke, Mikey doesn't look like the type who smokes and by the sounds of his breathing I think he has Asthma. Gerard might but I don't want to ask him just in case he doesn't smoke or like smokers. I guess I will just have to wait.
