"What are we going to do?"I whispered to Luke.
"I'm not sure, but I will distract her so you can get away. I'm not sure if I will get away, but I want you to be safe."replied Luke.
"No! I won't leave you alone with this b*tch," I told him firmly.
"But, you have to you are the..."
"Quit chattering over there you two and get up here. Now!" Commanded Alice.
"It's now or never Arakia,"whispered Luke as he climbed out from the hole.
"Ok, but be ready, because I will be back with something that will get you out of here," I whispered sadly.
"Ok," replied Luke and he walked over to Alice. I crawled a little more into the hole, but then I heard a huge scream.
"Oh no Luke!" I thought, and ran back to the entrance of the hole. What I saw, will leave me haunted forever.

There was my beautiful Luke, on the floor with blood pouring out from a wound in his head. "I have to do something,"I thought and I looked around for anything that might help me. There was an old clock with one of the wheels sticking out. I touched the sharp bit coming out of it carefully. "Ouch!" I said, a little to loudly. As the blood poured out of my finger.

"Oh, so there you are," said Alice as she looked over me. She went to grab me but I dodged her and flung the clock at her. It hit her in the face and she fell, crying out in pain."Sorry,"I told her as I ran over to Luke."Had to save my friend."

"Luke, are you ok?" I said to him, trying to support him.
"Arakia, is that you?" He said trying hard to breath. But he kept coughing.
"Yes, yes it's me. Everything's going to be alright. Do you have a hospital or an emergency place?" I said crying as Luke became more and more limp in my arms.
"Hey, you will be alright. You go on without me. I lov...." He never got to finish his sentence as he took his last breath.
"Luke! Luke? No you can't leave me! I need you" I cried, crying till I had no tears left.

I got up and looked around. I saw Alice carefully getting up, with blood pouring down her face. But as soon as she got up she fell straight back down again. She looked at me with sorrow in her eyes.
"Please finish me off, I'm a terrible person and I deserve to die," she said softly.
"No,"I replied and ran over to her."I know you're evil and killed my best friend but if I help you, will you help me?"
"Yes, I promise I will," she told me. I believed her and I helped her get up. I then carried her outside and found some water, which I washed her wounds with. I then took my jumper off and wrapped it around her face, so it covered the wound.

"Thank you," she told me, while she was sitting in the warm sun recovering. "You are not safe out here. I think it will be best if we go inside."

"Yes your right, but first I have a question," I said as I got up.

"Ok, what is it?"

"What did you kill Luke with?" I asked her sadly.

"Magic," she replied softly, telling me that she had used her magic to make a sword, which she used to strike Luke in the head. "He had no chance of survival. I'm sorry."

"It's ok, but is there any way you can use your magic to bring him back to life?"

"Well yes, but if I do he will turn into a soldier and will never become a fairy again, unless..." She thought for a minute."I don't remember how you can make him a fairy again. We will have to go to the library."

"Ok, will he become an evil soldier who guards the entrance to this land," I said, remembering what Luke had told me about them.

"Yes, but I know there is some way you can get him back to a fairy, a good fairy." She said obviously thinking hard, with no success. "Come on let's head to the library through the secret passages."
