Overdose

Nicolas POV

We went back home after a long walk and since I wore my tags, people didn't bother us. But I'm sure [F/N] can handle her own since she is even stronger than me when on those pills....but she isn't on them now so I have to protect her. I wrap a arm around her waist and she is slightly startled but she smiles shyly. She is so cute, to think that such a fragile woman has such power over the greater race, even power over me. I wonder how long she plans to stay here, I hope she stays long enough until she decides that she doesn't want to leave. After a bit we reached our apartment and Worick was in his room and Alex was asleep on the couch, I guess she didn't take his offer by sleeping in his room. [F/N] went into the bathroom to shower and I waited for her to exit before I took mine. We both settled in my room and she seemed a little nervous.

I tapped her shoulder getting her attention signing,

'What's wrong?'

"N-Nothing, I just...I don't know your birthday and I wanted to get you something. That was one of the reasons why I left..To find you something."

I was shocked, she actually went to get me a present,

'I didn't get you anything.'

"I know, I just really wanted to find this, it actually was the reason why it took me longer to get back because I looked everywhere, but I found the gift nonetheless."

[F/N] ran to grab a brown paper wrapped present and handed it to me,

"You can open it now."

I nod and my eyes widened before I opened it fully, I starred in awe. How did she find this, Worick couldn't find it. I look at her and she was waiting for my reaction.

"[F/N], I dont know what to say, how did you find this. You have no idea how much this means to me."

"Well I saw that you had a Volume 1. of Sign language so I wanted to find you a Volume 2. and I did."

I crawled closer to her on the bed and hugged her,

"Thank you [F/N]."

She hugged back, "You're welcome."

I kissed her cheek and she seemed fine so I tried my luck and trailed kisses down to her neck, she stiffened as I licked her neck and she put pressure on my chest moving me off of her.

"N-Nicolas, I really don't want to mess this up, not after a first date, please understand that such acts are special to me."

I sign, 'Sorry, I wanted to thank you and I guess, since I grew up with Worick, that it's the best way to thank someone.'

She hugged me and chuckled, "Just be yourself, you are not Worick. You are so much better and loving, maybe one day I'll let you, but not yet."

I nod and we settle in bed with [F/N] holding my bare chest and my legs tangled with hers.

Midnight Time-Skip

I tossed and turned, not able to fall asleep because I kept thinking about those pills that [F/N] made. She said that she doesn't know what would happen if a Twilight used it and it caught my curiosity. She also said that the effects are temporary so one shouldn't do much to me since Twilight's have more control. I get up, not waking [F/N] and search through her bag to find the pills. I held them in my hand for a minute before I took one. After a few minutes it had no effect so I took three more. I got up and for some reason I started to feel angry, I started to remember the hateful things that happened to me. I never think of these things, I started to see my father and how angry and upset I was that he left me for money...Worick's money. I grit my teeth and I stop and look at [F/N], I started to feel lustful and angry... I turned and grabbed my blade..no...no, I tried to fight these feelings but I didn't have control of my body. I was scared...I'm sorry [F/N]. I faded out and everything turned black.

[F/N] POV

I woke up in a jolt because I heard thrashing, I jumped up in bed and it was dark so it was hard to see with only the light of the moon.

"Nicolas?"

I saw a figure that was most likely him so I get up and reach out but I am suddenly grabbed by the arm and pushed me on the bed.

"Nico-las, are you okay?"

He pushed me further on the bed and straddled my hips and pointing his katana at my neck making me stiffen. I try to reach out to him but he grabbed me by the throat with an angry smile.

"Ni-Nicolas, st-stop this. what's wrong?"

He huffed and took my wrists and put them above my head before he sat his katana down. He leaned down and kissed me forcefully and shoved his tongue in as well, growling like an animal.

"Pushing me away, I will get what I want one way or another. Don't fight me [F/N]."

I looked at him, this wasn't Nicolas. I looked at my bag and my pills were scattered, he must of taken them. He started grinding on me and I cried out.

"Nicolas, this isn't you. Please don't do this...Ni-Nico-las."

He pushed his hand inside my underwear and started grinding his body against mine again putting more friction between us and suddenly Worick burst in and saw what was happening when he turned on the lights,

"Nico what are you doing, you are hurting [F/N]-chan!?"

He went to get him off of me but Nicolas elbowed him in the face and took his hand out of my underwear and Worick got angry,

"Nicolas, this is an order, Let her go!"

Nicolas just looked back with another evil smile and shook his head 'No' making Worick shocked. I suddenly sat up and cupped Nicolas's face and made his angry eyes meet mine.

"Nicolas look at me, this isn't you. Snap out of it, you won't hurt me, you will not hurt the one you love Nicolas. Now come back to me."

I had tears falling passed my cheeks as I began kissing his cheeks and finally his lips, "Please... I love you Nicolas."

He grinned and pushed his hand back into my underwear and laid on me, "You are mine."

I pressed my head against his, "Please Nicolas, I don't want it this way. Snap out of it."

I kissed him again and when we parted he seemed different, I think he was coming back. His features turned from angry, to hurt, to scared. His eyes widened and he saw my tear stained face. He sat up and realized where his hand was and he jerked away but Worick grabbed him before he could run out the window and made him meet his eyes.

"No Nico, you will face what you have done. [F/N] told you about those drugs, but you took them anyway and hurt her. She at least deserves an apology."

Nicolas looks at me and he saddens and looks ashamed, "I'm sorry [F/N]."

Worick lets him go, "You can go now Worick, the drugs have worn off so you can get some sleep."

He nods and leaves and we see a worried Alex as Worrick closes the door, now leaving me and Nicolas to talk.

"Ni-Nicolas, just to let you know now...I know it was the drugs, I know that you wouldn't hurt me."

He still looked in disbelief and heartbreak so I reach my arms out and hug him, "I forgive you."

He hugs back desperately as he lets out a sob, "I-I can't forgive myself, I was losing my sanity and I eyed you and grabbed my katana before everything went black. I'm so sorry."

I lead him to our bed and let him lay on me as we continue to hold one another, I look up at him and I wipe his tears and make him meet my eyes.

"Sleep now Nicolas, I know that wasn't your true character. Lets put this behind us."

He hugs me and nods into my shoulder as I run my fingers through his hair and kiss his forehead before we fall asleep like that. I know he will beat himself up about this for a while, but as long as he doesn't take anymore of those pills he will be okay.
