"Hike!" Curtis shouted. I took off trying to get open. Tonight was our first game and I was starting as tight end. He threw a perfect pass to me and it landed in my arms as I took off for the end zone. The other team was hesitant about tackling me so I easily avoided them, scoring a touchdown.
We ended up winning the game 28 to 6 and I only got tackled twice. It was a great first game and coach was very proud of us.
When I walked out the the girls locker room Jeff, Jackson, and Rayne were standing outside. "What's up?" I ask them.
"The team is having a party to celebrate our first win at Curtis's house, but we didn't think you would want to go so we are going back to our place to celebrate," explained Jackson.
"Ok, cool," I say walking towards Jackson's car. Everyone rode the bus to the game except for Jackson because he knew Curtis was going to have a party.
Everyone piled in the car and Jackson took off towards home.

By midnight my eyelids were drooping and the TV droned on with pizza boxes and candy rappers strewn across the room. I was sitting between Jeff and Rayne who were intensely into the movie. My eyelids finally dropped and I rested my head on Jeff's shoulder.
The last thing I remember before succumbing to darkness was my head resting on Jeff's lap while he stroked my hair with my legs and butt resting against Rayne.

When I woke up I was snuggled up against a large body with two huge arms wrapped around my waist. I groaned and untangled myself from Jeff's grip. I opened the curtains letting daylight spill into the room hopefully waking the boys up.
Seeing no movement I ran upstairs and started making breakfast, knowing their stomachs would wake them up smelling the bacon and pancakes I was making.
As I was cooking I felt someone grab my shoulders and pull me against them, whispering a "Boo!" in my ear.
"Not cool," I say turning and smacking Jeff's arm then returning to cooking.
Jeff sat the the high bar and eventually Jackson and Rayne joined him.
"So," Jackson asked, "who do you think you are going to take to homecoming?"
"I don't really know," responded Rayne. "What about you, Jeff?"
Jeff stiffened and turned slightly red. "I-I don't r-really know," he stuttered.
"Oh really," Jackson said wiggling his eyebrows, "I think I know who you want to take."
Jeff turned redder and looked down at his hands.
I flicked off the stove and put food on the plates and brought them over to the boys. I took a seat next to Rayne and looked at Jackson. "Who might that be?" I asked, oblivious to the fact of who it was.
Jeff turned to me. "Robin, will you go to homecoming with me?"
