~NORMAL POV~
Jellal and Lucy stood up and prepared to dive into the pool. Before Aquarius blew the whistle, Lucy smiled at Jellal. "Good luck, Jellal."
"You too..."
SKREEE!! SPLASH!
Jellal and Lucy swam across the pool. Jellal tried to avoid looking at Lucy, because one glance at her body and he'd get distracted and eventually lose. Lucy kept on swimming, focusing on the prize. Until they both reached the end of the pool. Jellal got out of the pool first and held out a hand to Lucy. She smiled sheepishly and took it. Jellal started to pull her out but due to the fact that they were both wet, she slipped and fell into him.
Jellal caught her just before they fell and once again they met each other's gaze. Of course they were both blushing. Lucy slightly pushed him away. Jellal said, "You okay?"
Lucy just nodded. Aquarius announced their test scores. "Alright, it's a tie."
The two looked at their teacher. "A tie?"
"Yes, a tie. You two get a B."
Lucy simply shrugged and sat back down next to Jellal. He leaned over and whispered, "Good job."
"Thanks...I wanted to get an A+ but it turns out we got a tie."
~TIMESKIP: AFTER SCHOOL ; ERZA'S POV~
I was sitting on my couch at home, my laptop propped up on my lap. I was checking my facebook account. But I knew that in a few minutes I wouldn't be able to resist the urge to search Jellal's account. I mean, what if that guy was a wanted delinquent or something? I had to know his full profile. So I searched him up. "Jellal Fernandes". I clicked the first profile that popped up and examined it.
In the profile picture, he was wearing a hoodie and had his hands in his pockets. He was looking down on the ground, his lips slightly parted, and leaning on a wall. I suddenly blushed. What the hell was happening to me?! I mentally slapped myself. Get a grip, Erza! I was only able to see his basic info. "Age: 19." So, he's only a year older than me, huh? "School: Fairy Academy. Skullette Academy."
I raised an eyebrow. Skullette Academy? What kind of school is that? Something was definitely off with this Jellal kid. I've never even heard of Skullette! And it was Friday today, I couldn't talk to him about this until Monday if I don't make a move now. So...I sent him a friend request.
I waited for a few more minutes. Each time a notification appeared, I immediately clicked on it. Only to find this:
"Natsu Dragneel invited you to play PetVille"
"Gray Fullbuster invited you to play FarmVille"
That moment when your hopes are crushed. And seriously, I do not want to receive any notifications that invite me to go to PetVille, FarmVille, or any other CrapVille! I started to give up. I decided that I would wait for just one more notif. And when the "1" popped up again, I clicked it.
"Jellal Fernandes has accepted your friend request."
I sighed in relief. At that moment a chatbox appeared.
JELLAL: u couldn't resist, couldn't u? ;)
ERZA: shut up. i'm here to interrogate u.
JELLAL: o_O
ERZA: okay, that sounded weird but WHATEVER!
JELLAL: don't tell me ur here to confess to me...
ERZA: turn down the cockiness puh-leeze!
JELLAL: :3
