It's been a month since you went shopping with the guys, you've settled in well at Iwatobi
Things have been a little awkward between you and Makoto since then but other than that, everything was fine
You're trying to forget about what happened but you're having trouble hiding your feelings

*You're walking towards the gates ready to go home after another tiring day of school when out of the corner of your eye, you see Makoto running towards you*
Makoto: "Hi Ayumi-chan, me, Gou and the guys are going for a swim in the pool. Want to join us?"
You: "Sure!" *You wanted to to say no as you didn't get much sleep last night, but it sounded like fun so you decided to go along*
Makoto: "Let's go then!"
*You both run to the changing rooms, you quickly change into the bikini and you meet the others at the pool*
Gou: "Oh hi Ayumi, glad you decided to come!"
Nagisa: AYUMIII!!!! *He runs over and hugs you. You giggle and hug him back"
*You turn to see Gou wearing a yellow bikini*
You: "Gou!"
Gou: "Yeah Ayumi?"
You: "You look so cute in that bikini!"
Gou: "Thanks!"
Haru: *Jumps in pool* "Are you coming in or what?"
*Gou, Rei and Nagisa all jump in too, you're about to ask where Makoto is when you feel a push and suddenly you're falling*
You: KYAAAA!!! *You hit the water hard*
*You turn around to see Makoto giggling*
Makoto: "Hahaha! You should've seen your face!"
You: "Mako-chan, can you help me out?"
*Makoto bends down to help you out of the pool when you grab his arm and pull him in*
Makoto: "AAAAAHH!!!"
*Your plan backfires when he falls on top of you*
You: "Ouch!"
Makoto: "I probably deserved that"
*You both laugh together when you hear the sound of an ice-cream van*
Nagisa: "ICE CREAM!!"
Gou: "How about you and Makoto get ice cream for us all"
*You and Makoto go to buy the ice cream*
Gou: "Nagisa"
Nagisa: "Yeah Gou?"
Gou: "We need to find a way to get them together"
Rei: "I'm not sure about this"
Gou: "We'll have a water fight. Then while Ayumi is walking backwards, Haru will spray the ground with his gun to make it slippery, then Ayumi will fall and Makoto will catch her"
Rei: "I still don't..."
*Rei is interrupted when you and Makoto come back with the ice creams*
You: "We got chocolate for Rei-kun, cookies & cream for Nagisa, Strawberry for Gou-chan, Vanilla for Haru, Mako-chan got mint-choc chip and I got summer berries"
*You hand everyone their ice-creams and you all sit by the pool in your Iwatobi Swim Club jackets*
*Gou sees you shivering from the cold*
Gou: "We've ordered your jacket but it hasn't come yet Ayumi-chan"
You: "It's fine, I'm just a little cold"
Makoto: "Here, take mine"
*Makoto gently places his jacket around your shoulders, you can feel yourself blushing again*
Haru: *Whispering in Rei's ear* "They definitely look cute together"
Rei: "Yeah, for sure"
Makoto: "What are you two whispering about?"
Rei&Haru: "Nothing!"

You sit and eat your ice-creams together when Gou walks out with 6 water guns, one for each of you

Gou: "Everyone take one! Let's have a water fight"
*Everyone runs to get a water gun*
Nagisa: "YAY! THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!!!"
Rei: "Calm down Nagisa!"

After 2 hours of squirting water and dodging, Gou gives Haru the signal

*Haru sprays the ground behind you with his water gun as you're walking backwards and you slip*
Haru: "OH NO!!"
Gou: "AYUMI!"
*You feel yourself falling in slow motion, you shut your eyes in fear*
You: "HEEELPPP!!!"
*You feel an arm grab you, it feels strangely familiar and warm, you open your eyes to see Makoto holding you*
You: "M...M...Mako-chan"
*Like when you were shopping last month, you're now staring into each other's eyes again*
Gou: *Whispers to Nagisa* "It's working"
*But this wasn't like this back then...it was different...*
Makoto: "A...are you okay?"
You: "You saved me"
*Suddenly you feel yourself moving closer, Makoto is leaning in too*
Haru: *Whispering to Gou* "I think we did it"
*You feel your lips collide, you close your eyes and he pulls you closer*
Makoto: "I love you Ayumi-chan"
You: "I love you too Mako-chan"
Nagisa: "YES IT WORKED!!!"
Gou, Rei & Haru: "NAGISA!"
You & Makoto: "What worked?"
Gou, Rei, Haru & Nagisa: "NOTHING!"
*You both giggle and Makoto pulls you up into a loving embrace*
You: "The moment I saw you I fell in love with you"
Makoto: "Me too, I've never felt like this before"
You: "Thank you"
Makoto: "Why are you thanking me?"
You: "Because you showed me what love really is"
