Chapter 5

The sun was setting behind the city buildings, the sky was covered by a blanket of red, orange and yellow. I walked through crowds of people, even though it's getting late there are still lots of people out and about. As I continue my journey home, I feel someone grab my hand. I whip my head around and see Usui. I stare down at our hands intertwined as my mind processes what's happening. "Um.... Usui?" I state confused. He just fastens his pace and takes the lead. He glances behind at me, struggling to keep up with his long strides. "Is there a problem back there
(Y/n)?" Before I could even open my mouth, he tugs my arm and we start running through the crowd. The cool breeze runs through my hair and skins my skin, sending chills down my spine.

We finally get out of the crowded streets and into my apartment complex. I place my hand on my knee, after all the running it made me tried. I look up at Usui, who was still holding one of my hands. I blush and pulls my hand out of his grasp. He chuckles and knocks on the my door. "Hello? Anyone home?" I giggle at his foolish behaviour and search my pocket for my keys. Pulling my key out I shove it into the keyhole, turning it and opening it. Before I could get the key out, Usui just knocks me out the way and enters my apartment. He whistles. "Wow, you've got a nice home (Y/n). It's really big." I regain my posture and head inside. I shake my head, the blonde is exploring the rooms. He's such a child sometimes. You don't just go into someone's house and go into all their rooms without asking. I sigh and let the curious boy have his fun. Once he was done exploring I pushed him towards the door. "Well it is getting rather late so I think you should get going." His face looked displeased. "But I only just got here! And besides since the sun has already set I may as well sleep over, and since we have school we can walk together!" I pause for a minute to compute what he just said. I may as well sleep over.......
Sleep over?!? I stop pushing him and spin him to face me. "S-sleep over? But I don't have any spare beds." I stutter, my face started heating up. He smirks at my expression and leans his head down just next to my ear. As he whispers in my ear, his breath against my skin sends shivers down my spine. "Well I guess we'll have to share a bed then." He stands straight and pokes my forehead. I continue to stare into space. Is this really happening? Usui, the most popular boy in school, wants to stay at my house? In my bed? With me? If I'm dreaming please don't wake me up.
