Chapter 7

The sweet aroma of  eggs and bacon swarmed the kitchen. I see the blonde standing at the stove, humming while he cooks. I smiles. "So Usui! What's for Breakfast?" I question curiously. He glanced back at me. "Well miss (Y/n), I have prepared a wonderful meal today. It is scrambled eggs, a couple rashes of bacon and some toast." Wow! What Usui prepared looked more than eggs, bacon and toast. It looked like a 5 star meal! I stared in awe at my plate. I take a seat and keep staring at the plate. I hear him chuckle. "Are you gonna just stare at it or actually eat it?" He asks sarcastically. I roll my eyes and grab my fork, plunging it into the eggs. Oh wow this is delicious!

By the time Usui had finished his first helping I had already eaten my third serve. Well it was delicious and I couldn't resist!!! As I finished off the remaining food on my plate I noticed Usui had been staring at me the whole time while I ate. "Earth to Usui! Why are you staring at me?" I stand up and go to put my plate into the sink. As I gently place it in the sink I feel arms wrap around my waist. My face starts getting hot, turning as red as a tomato. I turn my head slightly to see the blonde staring at me. "Uh, Usui?" He ignores me and leans his head on mine. What's with this? Why is he acting so loving?! I try to break free but he keeps his arms firmly warped around me. "I'm not letting you go (Y/n). No matter how much you struggle."
I sigh. "Is that so?" I question sarcastically. He can be so protective sometimes. He nods and places his head on my shoulder.

We stay like that for several minutes, until I start feeling really awkward. While he held me he didn't talk at all. His body pressed against mine, he was so warm. I shut my eyes. I finally broke the silence. "Hey Usui..."
"Yes (Y/n)?" I gulp and continue. "W-why do you do these things? Sleep with me, hold me, kiss me.... We're not even a couple but you do it anyway..." His arms release me, I spin around to face him. His beautiful eyes meet mine. "You want to know why? Well it's simple..." He leans his face closer to mine before whispering 3 words. I love you. And with that his lips clashed onto mine. Startled, I just stood there as Usui brought his hands to my hip, pushing me to lean on the kitchen counter. His lips were soft and warm, it felt nice. His tanned skin brushed against mine, making me tingle. I finally recover from the shock and close my eyes, melting into the kiss. I never thought Usui would... Love me. I always thought he loved Misaki or another girl, but no. He loves me. His lips detach from mine and he gazes into my orbs. He smirks at my flustered expression and pulls me into a hug. Why is he making me feel like this? Making me feel like we're the only people in the world. I hear him laugh, I pull out of the hug to face him. His smile was so bright that it could light up a dark room. Just seeing him smile made me happy, so I smiled too. I love you too, Usui. That's what I wanted to say but instead I said with a grin, "Your such an idiot Usui."
