Chapter 10

I stumble my way through the crowded hallway to get to the student council room. I stand at the door, not opening it. Ok, I know Misaki is gonna be mad, maybe even furious! But I'm just going to ignore that and pretend nothing happened. I enter the room and see everyone busily chatting away, well everyone except Misaki. She looked like she hadn't slept for days, her hair was a mess, she had dark circles around her eyes, she looked like she could instantly fall asleep. What happened? I approach Misaki. "Um hey. Is everything ok?" I ask concerned. She just jerks her head to face me and gives me a death glare, before slamming her head against the desk. Um ok then.... I step away from the cranky girl and hit something hard. I look behind me to find Usui. I smile. "Hey Usui." He smiles back at me, he then notices Misaki banging her head against the desk. "Um..What's wrong with her?" Usui asks and points at Misaki. I glance at Misaki who looks distressed and then turn back to him. "I don't know, but it's best if we leave her alone. When she's pissed off, you don't want to be near her." I whisper, suddenly Misaki's head jerked up and she jumped out of her chair. She stomped up to me and pulled the collar of my uniform, bring me closer to her face.
"(Y/n). Don't pretend you don't know what's wrong with me. You know so don't lie! It's all your fault, I couldn't sleep at all last night. My mind was too confused and I didn't know why you wouldn't tell me about your crush on Usui."
Oh my god. She didn't just say that out loud did she? I must be hearing things.
No............She did say it, in front of everyone.

I glance at everyone watching us, they all were surprised, then I glance over at Usui, he looked confused. Why Misaki? Why?!?! I place a finger over my lips and 'shhh' Misaki, but she keeps rambling on. "Like you could of made this situation a lot easier if you told me. But you didn't so now here we are."
Please...
"You know (Y/n), you should be more open with your feelings. Cuz I know nothing about your crushes. How long have you liked Usui anyway?"
Misaki....Please....
"I think I've liked him longer than you. So that basically means I get first dibs on him."
Shut up....
"Me and Usui have kissed, have you kissed?! I don't think you guys have."
You know nothing so shut up........
"And I reckon everyone here thinks me and Usui would make a better couple, am I right?"
No.....
"Usui. Come on, tell us who you like more? Me or (Y/n)?"
No more of this....please...
"Well Usui? What's your a-"
"Shut up Misaki!!!" I yelled and punched her square in the cheek, she stumbles backwards and trips, falling onto the ground. My consciousness acted on its own, I didn't have time to process what just happened. I just got so angry at her talking about Usui that I just got aggravated. Gasps and whispers filled the room as everyone watched us. "Oh my god, I am so sorry Misaki." She ignores my apology and quickly stands up and punches back. She hits me right in the stomach and fall to my knees, I feel like my stomach is about to jump out of me. I cough and glare at her. I quickly regain myself and grab her hair, pulling her head around. She cries in pain and kicks my stomach again, but this time I brace myself. I let go of her hair and stumbled backwards a bit. Before the fight could get any worse, Usui grabs my hand and pulls me away from the crowded room, we run down the hall. I look back at Misaki screaming at me to come back, but I was glad to finally leave.
