Chapter 7-Even More Trouble

Destiny woke up with the sounds of birds singing. It was so quiet. Almost TOO quiet. She was sleeping in the kitchen cupboard. Destiny opened the door and looked at the clock. TWELVE NOON?! Destiny screamed. She was late for class, which never happened once in her lifetime.

"XREATO? LUNA?!" she it shouted.

There's no time to waste! Destiny quickly opened her book. Luna, Xreato, Leo, Capricorn and Taurus was staring at the entrance. Destiny panted and panted. She made it!

"You're late, Destiny!" scolded Leo, in an annoyed voice.

"We can finally FIGHT!!!" said Taurus, flexing his muscles.

"I haven't finished reading my book yet," complained Capricorn.

"Let's just go train. Destiny, you stay here and eat," said Luna.

"I'll stay here with Destiny," Xreato decided.

Today was jungle trekking. They said their goodbyes and parted ways. Destiny hungrily ate her lunch while Xreato did a bit of practicing.

"Hey, you think they'll be all right?" asked Destiny with her mouth full.

"Yeah, they'll be fine. We'll catch up later. Destiny, we don't need to rush," replied Xreato calmly.

Destiny cleared up and got her bags. Xreato was already ahead of her.

"I already got the things we need. If we forget about something I can just wish for it," said Xreato.

The two got up and set off. It was almost night. Destiny was confused. We should have catch up with them by now. Did Xreato read the map wrongly or did they follow the wrong path? "Xreato? Um are we going the right way?" Destiny questioned. "Oh, Destiny, trust me!" Xreato said. Destiny's mind said no.
Destiny walked away following lion tracks, Xreato not noticing, nose in the puzzling map.

Aftter a while Xreato says, "Ok, D! I got it!" She looked around. "Destiny?"

Destiny wasn't there. She was following lion tracks, now far ahead of Xreato. She kept walking, and stopped. "Ok, Xreato-" There was no Xreato.

Luna was getting worried. "Where are they? They should be here!" Taurus groaned. "CHILL, Luna...CHILL..."

A map fell out of Capricorn's book. It was the jungle trekking map. Luna looked horrified. "Capricorn, if YOU have the map.. then... what map does Xreato have?" Leo turned around, Capricorn gulped and mumbled "I miight have given her the map to the McDonald's station..." . He stared at Capricorn. He stared at the map, then back to Capricorn. He turned aflame. "AHHHRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!" He screamed, shaking Capricorn. Luna started sniffing. "Will I see them again?"

"Maybe, I suppose," Taurus said.

"This wouldn't have happened if CAPRICORN hadn't been so air-headed and NOT given Xreato the correct map! God knows where they are- and this WEEPING WILLOW didn't even have the brains to call Destiny or Xreato!!" Leo screamed into Luna's and Capricorn's ears. Luna squealed and covered her ears from the deafening roar and Capricorn suddenly dissolved into a puddle, "Ugh, I'm going to call Destiny now.. Then I'll call Xreato.." Luna announced. Capricorn ♑ was still a puddle. Leo ♌ seemed satisfied,and Taurus ♉ was.. Well.. Uh.. Taurus.

<on the phone>

Luna: Hallo??? Destiny???

Destiny: Hhmmm...allo allo... Who's this?

Luna: Uh.. Where are you??

Destiny: Ahhhhhhssssshhhhhh!!!!! Shhooooo!!! ( shrieks at angry hawk)

<end of call> Luna tried Xreato. But Xreato telepathically called her, and told her to come. Luna transformed into a gryfalcon and flew around. With her enhanced vision, she spotted a black figure holding a map of Russia. The gryfalcon dove and aimed herself 12 metres ahead of Xreato. But her calculation was wrong, and she crashed into Xreato, causing them both to collapse. " Luna?" She Said. The gryfalcon had turned back into Luna and was unconscious... With a unconcious friend and Destiny lost, Xreato panicked and in that state of panic tripped and landed on Luna, waking her up. "Xreato?" Luna murmured. Xreato sighed. "So, uhm, I lost Destiny..." Luna looked horrified. "Capricorn ♑ gave you a map of Russia... Not the right map because we're nowhere close to Russia," Luna said, "And Capricorn ♑ turned into a puddle and Leo ♌ is satisfied with me going to find you and not getting lost," Xreato slapped her. Luna sometimes forgot what was important. "Oh, right, Destiny! You know I saw a figure with a neon purple and green cameo bag and red test-tubes hanging from it. The figure was holding a phone. This person seems like Destiny..." Luna wondered. Xreato looked like she was going to burst.

"LUNA! THAT WAS DESTINY YOU SAW!!!!!" Xreato screamed. "LETS GO FIND HER!" Xreato wished Luna was a giant hawk. She didn't trust Luna to become one. As soon as Luna transformed, Xreato hopped on her back. "OWWCCCHHHH!!!!!!" Luna moaned. "What're you doing on me?" Xreato didn't give her an answer. "FLY, LUNA, FLY AND GO GET DESTINY!" she said telepathically.

Luna groaned and flew. "Why do I have to be the BIRD?" she said. "You can shape-shift, so isn't it obvious?" Xreato snapped. Luna didn't make a sound after that. "I can't see Destiny, Xreato. Only... FOG?!! Aggg! I can't see! I'm allergic to that bird there! AAACCCCCHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Luna screamed as she and Xreato fell. "AAYYYYIIIEEEEEEEEE!!!" Xreato said, turning to look at the ground. I wish there wasn't any fog and I was on Luna's back! Suddenly Xreato was on a hawk's back again. "Hey Xreato, can't you wish you were with Destiny?" Luna said. Xreato rolled her eyes. "I'm not silly, and I went to school. I would've done that already, but since I KNOW I can't use wishing to LOCATE MAGIC USERS LIKE DESTINY, I shouldn't waste my time on it, right?"

Luna stayed quiet. "I SEE HER!!" Luna yelled, a short while later. She dove down 5 metres in front of the figure. She and Xreato crash landed in front of an old lady.

The old lady grinned like the Starshine.

Suddenly Luna began to fade away, and Xreato reached out to her. "NO!" Luna slipped through her fingers "Xreato!" she cried.
