Reign Of the Three Friends

Chapter 5-Vinluli

 "How do we get there? It's in space! Only D can build the spaceship to get us there, and if you wish for it it will just burn up in the ozone layer!!!" Luna moaned, over and over again. 

An idea hit Xreato. "She's bound to keep a spare, right?" She grinned. But that grin disappeared as soon as she realized she didn't know where it was kept- or any of Destiny's things! Luna seemed to get that too. 

"Where would she hide her stuff?" Luna asked.   "A safe? A locker? Her house?"  Xreato suggested.  Luna shook her head. " I don't think so. Let's think. D is simple, fun, cunning... she might have made it so hard that she'd hide it the freezer!" "LUNA!! YOU'RE A GENIUS!!!Destiny is so simple that she might have hidden it in the most obvious place!" Luna stared at Xreato. "And that is?" 

   "Her most favourite place in the world! Or ambition.." Xreato said. Luna looked at hr blankly. What was this favourite place? "STORY BOOKS, SILLY! SHE LOVES STORY BOOKS!!!" Xreato screamed so loudly it nearly deafened Luna. "Problem is: which story book?" 

Xreato shook her head- it was so simple! She yanked Luna to her feet and they were in Destiny's library. "Luna, remember the book the Starlight gave us? The Reign of the Three Friends? If it's writing about us, then.." Xreato said, grinning. "OH! Our character books! Yes, I remember! And D insisted she keep them all! So D HID IT IN HER CHARACTER BOOK!!" Luna squealed. Xreato nodded. 

They located the books in a shelf labeled " 3 Friends, special" "Oh, there's my book! There's yours, X!" Luna said. "Lulu, focus, focus. D's one is... aha! THERE!" Xreato exclaimed. She flipped through it. "Pray this works!" she said. "WAIT WHAt--" Luna yelled. But Xreato already wished to be inside the book- Luna with her. 

PLOOFKN! They landed in a land of fire. Luna gulped. "X, um, there's no spaceship.. its just fire!" Xreato shook her head. The fire was gone. They were in a dark, dark room. They saw Destiny waltz in, and the room set aflame again. "So, if Destiny lights up the room then.."Luna whispered, turning to look at what Xreato was gazing at: A pool of water on fire. 

"We gotta go in. Dive in." Xreato said. "WHAT? In there? At least lemme get a scuba diving suit..." Luna moaned. "There's no time-anyway you took diving lessons!" Xreato said. "wha-" Luna stared. Xreato had dived in. Luna cannon-balled in and suddenly, she was in space.  "Xreato.." she mumbled. Xreato glided in space towards her. "Luna, we didn't need a ship! Look, we've just gotta find this,  Vinluli place!"  "Found it," she said, pointing to a  neon green ball, with a Destiny floating towards it! 

 "D!!" they yelled.  She spun around and gliding towards them. " How can I hear you? Oh- Xreato- you wihed that we could talk in space?" Xreato nodded. Then, angrily, she shook her hard and screamed: DESTINY! WHY DID YOU LEAVE??!!!!!!!!!! YOU ALSO LEFT THIS LULU AS A CAMEL IN THE FOREST! AND YOU WOULDN'T HEAR MY SCREAMS, MADE ME CONTACT OUR TEACHER AND THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND!!!!" 

She cringed. "Well, I was just locating the real teacher.." Suddenly, the zodiac animals of May, January and August appeared. "Those are our teachers," Destiny said, breathless.
