Chapter 32

Vincent ordered Eros to his bedroom. The same came to the site immediately. He walked, afraid, toward his master. Eros knew something had happened after my father had claimed his presence at that moment.

He noticed my father's rude attitude.

Then Eros stood before him and kept his silence for some time as he gazed down at his own black clothes. His breath had been oppressed by his apprehension.

"I'm here," he let him know, after his firm posture before his master.

Vincent stared at him from head to foot for some instants and his stare fixed on Eros's serious face. His good temper looked to be away from him after Eros entered his bedroom.

"You were almost perfect in your mission," Finally Vincent alleged and his voice could reach Eros's ears.

"What are you talking about?" He wrinkled his face at his master as he looked worried about his comment.

"It was not in our plan for Valkyrie to fall in love with you." His voice sounded heavy as he imagined Eros could have caused damage to me. My father didn't tolerate that thought. He didn't order Eros after me to make that type of thing.

"It was not in our plan that I manipulate her heart," Eros said back and his voice looked hard. He thought of his own defense, since there was no one to do it for him.

They faced each other in seriousness. Their words were choked in their throats. They exchanged gazes in fury. That room was witnessing a verbal wrangle.

Eros glanced to the left and held his right hand toward his lips. "I also have no power to do that," he justified, looking back in the direction of Vincent and after that his hand went down and touched his leg.

"But it could have been avoided!" My father said irritably and turned his back to him, avoiding looking at his servant at that moment. Vincent looked to be furious. His voice won altitude every time he talked to his vampire servant.

"Tell me! How?" Eros also became revolted at his master. His pale face became red in anger and his voice could be higher than my father's tone.

"I trusted you!" He turned back and stared at Eros. His voice sounded filled with remorse. His throat made a strange noise. Maybe Vincent wanted to throw down that castle with his indignation. Eros had awaked that feeling in him. So my father didn't know to work with it.

"There is no reason for you not to trust me any longer." He faced him too. "I have not laid a finger on your daughter."

"The worst thing you did, you molested her heart," Vincent said aloud.

The room walls nearly shook during his tone of voice.

"If it weren't for that damned love she feels for me, she would not be here," Eros confessed and walked to the open window and looked at the stones on the ground. The inactive stones didn't hear his words. "Or do you think she would just come here to meet a father who was never present in her life?"

"You did everything premeditated. You made her fall in love with you in order to bring her here," Vincent said even more upset at him.

"Wrong!" He went away from the window and walked to the middle of the bedroom and opened his arms. "I never wanted this love, but since it exists ... I took the opportunity to complete my journey," he confessed, sighed and descended his arms, looking to be dissatisfied with that discussion.

"My daughter does not deserve it," he grumbled and gazed down, looking to be defeated by his own despair. In that occasion I was the thing my father took care of. So he saw Eros like a risk in my life. Vincent didn't see his servant was even loyal to him.

"You also would do the same or worse." Eros assumed, staring at him over again. At this moment my father raised his face and stared in the direction of Eros.

"Get out!" Vincent ordered, annoyed and his forefinger rose toward Eros during that.

Facing that scene, Eros walked toward the bedroom door without looking to the sides, keeping his posture straight. Vincent had not convinced him he had taken the wrong attitude. Eros was safe in his idea. He didn't fear his master's fury.

Basically, Vincent knew he was right, but to have been his daughter in such a situation made him angry.

The master of the vampires had kept his gaze on his room door, as it was closed by his servant, isolating him in his quiet bedroom. Eros walked back through the long corridor, keeping his head bent. For some instants he thought of him going away from that castle and me. After all I had been the motive of his discussion with his master. At that moment Eros saw me like a girl that was there to disorder his life. He always lived at that place with harmony. But now everything looked to have fallen on his head.

He was feeling like a vampire good-for-nothing.

Eros wished to devastate all at his front. Nothing could make him feel better.
