Completely Falling (A One Direction Fanfic)

Chapter 7

*Merida's POV* 

We stopped in the parking lot of a very nice Italian resturant. When we got out of the car Elizabeth and I quickly ran over to Cassie to protect her from the "predator". We succeded and went inside and were immdietly set at a table. But, of course Harry was being a "gentleman" and pulled out Cassie's seat and she sat down and Harry very quickly sat down next to her. Elizabeth sat on the other side of Cassie and I sat inbetween Niall and Elizabeth. The rest of the boys were on the other side of the table. I must say that Niall was not shabby looking and I could tell when he talked to me during dinner he was getting a little flirty in that adorable Irish accent. 

"So Merida maybe we could show you around the city sometime..." Niall said nervously.

"Yeah I would love that." I said and boy were my cheeks on fire.

"You guys could come too if you want I guess." Niall said to everyone and they just nodded. Niall was byfar the sweetest in my opinion but then again I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion right?

*Cassie*

We went into the resturant and I felt safe and guarded by my besties on either side of me. I don't know if I have ever been this happy to have such amazing friends! But when we went to sit down I felt a hand on the small of my back and it was deffinitly not Elizabeth or Merida. Then I saw Harry pull out my chair for me and then he sat next to me. It was almost as if he was claiming me to the other guys and honestly, I didn't care. I was still beyond worried that I was falling for him but I could never think of a reason not to. 

The conversations at dinner were short but Uncle Simon kept them going and eventually started talking about the boys upcomming album and studio time. Everyone was listening except for Merida and Niall. They were sure as hell getting flirty over there. 

In the midst of all the conversations I felt my phone buzz in my bag and I got it out to check it.

From: Harry

Will you meet me outside of Simons tonight? I think we need to talk about somethings. Xx

To: Harry

Yeah sure I was thinking the same thing

I kept my reply simple and didin't add the x's at the end to keep him from thinking I wanted anything. But on the inside my heart was melting and I think Elizabeth noticed because she gave me the "Are you ok look?" and I nodded even though I felt like I was dieing inside. 

After we were done in the restuaunt we got in the same cars we came in but Zayn and Niall switched I assume because Merida suggested it. She's always been like that. She's the kind of girl that likes to be in charge and I guess that's why we get along so much because I am the exact opposite.

The car ride home, Harry was a little less demamnding of me. He left his hand out so that if I wanted to hold it I could but I acted as if I didn't see it and he left me alone. When we pulled up to Uncle Simons house he got out and very nicely opened the door for me. This was the Harry that I fell in love with last summer and the one that I feel as if I am falling inlove with again.

*Elizabeth*

I wasn't quite sure what was going on but I could tell something was up with Cassie and she was feeling something. I didn't know if it was love, hate or confussion twords Harry but there was something. And as for Merida... Lord only knows with her. Her and Niall were flirting the whole carride home and it was honestly kind of annying. 

"Ok guys who want's cake?" Simon asked

"Cake? for what?" Cassie asked

"Does it really matter? It's food and it's edible!!!" Niall exclaimed and Merida giggled

"It's to celebrate you guys comming over here for the summer!" Simon replied to Cassie

We all got a peice of cake and everyone was in the living room except for Cassie and Harry.
