Reunited
Memories, are actions, feelings, and things that you've done before and you remember them.
Memories have such an effect on a person either it was good or bad. They affect the person make him want to get back in time to take a taste from it.
People's memories can be returned back by remembering it with the one that you had the memory with. Or sometimes you see the person that you've shared the memories with, that you can't control a happy smile from coming to your face.
The same smile came to my face and I couldn't control it while he talked for the first time since a long time ago.
"Hold on tight to your gun sweetheart," He said with a huge smile on his face, that I always loved.
His blue eyes were flickering with amusement and his knowing smile that always warmed my heart was looking at me with so much love. I chuckled softly and lowered my gun with the same smile he was giving me.
"Wow I thought you forgot who I am, petit infant," He said and raised his left eyebrow.
I rolled my eyes at the stupid nick name he always called me and chuckled.
He raised both of his eyebrows and opened his arms for a hug. I smiled, went to him and wrapped my tall arms around his torso. He instantly wrapped his arms around my shoulders, as he was a bit taller than I was and kissed my head.
He was six foot two inches, with black short hair that started to graying a little from the front, he has blue ocean eyes and a fairly white skin that completed his friendly figure look.
We pulled away after standing like that for what seemed like less than a minute. He smiled and patted my head like he used to do when I was younger, I always hated it but now I missed it so much that I leaned into his hand that patted my head, and smiled at him warmly.
It's weird how he changed my feelings from anger and rage to happiness in one second. That's what I always loved about him.
"Well I don't think you forget your old man after all Petit infant," he said and smirked.
I snickered and rolled my eyes. "How can I ever forget about you," I said and slapped his left shoulder playfully. "How did you find me?" I asked, frowning at the thought.
He chuckled and put his right hand on my right shoulder. "I saw you in the liquor store earlier and then followed you. You know, I'm quite disappointed, in the past if there was a car behind you for more than five minutes you would have to shoot it, but now you didn't even notice that I was following you" He said and shook his head in a disapproving manner.
I let out a sigh and looked down at the ground. "I wasn't in the best mood that's all," I said quietly. He let out a sigh and backed away "I guessed that that's why you are here right Lillian?" He asked and raised an eyebrow.
I nodded and went to my previous seat before he came. He then came and sat next to me. "It's been like what 2 years since I last saw you, petit," He said and stared at the view with me.
I shook my head and let out a breath "Three years actually" I said and looked at him. "Why did you leave after my father's funeral? You should have been there you are my-" He cut me off by letting out a tired sigh.
He looked at me and smiled sadly. "I know Lillian, I know that I'm your Godfather but I didn't feel that I was really welcomed back there," He said.
