~Lillian Pov~

Laney... I honestly thought you were going to tell me you liked Cam... Then I would of been upset.

"Laney... I'm so sorry..." I sigh heavily as I see my best friend in front of me hold back tears that I helped create.

"Eh it's alright. I'll be fine." Laney sighed trying to say these words without balling out even more.

"Of course you will, because you are Laney." I smile at her as I get up from my seat.

Suddenly, I heard someone at the door.

"Lillian, you home?" That voice. It was familiar... But it could be...

"Keno!!" It was. Keno is my older brother who I haven't seen in ages.

"Hello Lillian." Keno smiled his farm smile. "It's been a while."

"Yes it has! Much too long." I giggled an let him in.

"Ah, you must be one of Lillian's friends, hello, I'm Keno." He gave a warm smile and sat down next to her.

"Y-yes... I'm Laney." She gave a friendly smile. "It's a pleasure to meet you!" She giggled and looked into Keno's eyes. She wasn't crying anymore, which was good, but it did seem a bit odd...

"Would you like some tea guys?" I smile and walk towards the cupboards.

"Yes please!" Laney said cheerfully. No offence, but jeez, she was happy quickly.

"Yes please Lillian, but make sure it's your favourite." Keno smiled gently.

"Alright then!" I laugh and grab out some Green tea leaves. I had to admit, I was a sucker for Green tea. And because it was my favourite, it's was Keno's favourite as well.

I could faintly hear Laney and Keno talking, but I couldn't quite make it out.

"So, how have you been Lillian?" Keno said smiling sweetly.

"Alright thanks!" I smile while boiling the water. "I got to meet my best friend Laney over there!" I giggle as she smiles.

"No I was lucky to meet you!" Laney giggled and looked over to me smiling.

"So... Are you guys close...?" Laney asked looking at the both of us.

"Yeah of course! Lillian is my lil sis and I love her." He smiles while looking over to me.

"Aw I love you too Keno!" I smile while trying to hold a huge amount of tears back from flooding my face.

"Alright! Tea is ready!" I smile and bring over the three cups of fresh hot Green tea.

"Thanks Lil!" Laney giggles.

"Thank you Lillian. I was wondering when I would get to taste your tea again." He chuckled before taking a sip of his tea.

"You are just saying that!" I laugh and sit down across from them both.

"So where will you be staying while you are here?" I say after taking a sip of my tea.

"Probably the town hall." Keno quickly replied. "Just until I can buy a house." He smiled over at Laney who notices he is looking at her and she blushes.

Just then, there was a sudden knock at the door.

"Won't be a second." I say to Keno and Laney.

"Yes...?" I say slowly opening the door. It was Cam. He was looking pale and worried.

"Cam...?" I look into his eyes, which seem to be a dark green, instead of his usual pretty emerald colour.

I invite the sick-looking Cam inside and he sits at the table and notices Keno. They lock eyes, and Keno slightly nods.

"Hey Laney, would you mind showing me around town?" Keno says smiling to Laney.

"O-of course!" Laney smiled warmly at Keno.

"Catch up with you guys later!" Laney giggles and leaves.

"See you later Lillian." He looks at me before smiling at Cam, and then leaves.

"Lillian..." Cam finally says something after the two have left.

"Yes...?" I look at him as I sit down across from him.

"Was the reason you quickly left the café... Because of me...?" Cam looked down at his feet.

"No of course not!" I smile but Cam just looks away.

"Then... Then why did you leave?" He looks worse then before.

"Cam... It's just that... I wasn't sure how I felt about you..." He looked like he was going to cry.

"But now... I know." I reply quickly, looking into his eyes, that have slightly become brighter.

"Well... What's your conclusion...?" He sighed and looked into my eyes.

"I love you Cam." I smile as Cam's eyes sparkle his beautiful emerald colour again. His whole facial expression changed and he gained colour again and began to blush.

"...I love you too Lillian." He smiled sweetly and leaned in to kiss me. I'm so happy right now, nothing could ruin this.

As he leaned away he looked deep into my eyes.

"Have I ever told you I love your eyes?" He giggled in the most adorable way ever.

"Have I ever told you I love it when you giggle?" I smile as be blushes.

"I promise Lillian, I'm going to make you happy." He looks at me seriously.

"I know you will." I reply looking into his bright sparking eyes.

"So... Does this mean... We are...-"

"Going out?" I quickly answer cutting him off. "If that's what you were going to say, then yes." I smile as Cam blushes and nods.

"Oh good." He sighs of relief and I look at him with confusion.

"Oh because if we weren't, I would of had a chance to lose you to someone else." He gives me a gentle smile.

"Oh also... I'm new to this so... What do I do...?" Cam scratches the back of his neck in embarrassment and looks away.

"Oh that's simple. Just keep doing whatcha doing, because whatever it is it's working." I giggle and give Cam a big hug.

"I don't want to be a pain, but I'll have to let Howard know." He sighs and looks at me.

"Eh, that's fine, but he probably already knows. He did predict it." I laugh and leave Cam's warm hug.

"Come on, lets go tell him."
