Cukie

Zambie is not really that sarcastic until high school. Until we met again. So for short, I have been the influencer. Nice of me right? But being the humble friend of hers, I'm just going to say that I unleash the ability out of her through the years.

The ridiculous ability that annoys me right now. With the special participation of my aunt.

"Seriously?" I asked.

"No, jokingly." See what I meant?
We've been here eating dinner at a very fine dining restaurant tita reserved for us. When we had went inside, it was like a castle with more than ten really big golden crystal chandeliers. Well actually, it more looked like another universe because of the too much sparkly lights that looked like stars above us.

She's explaining the real reason why she typed Married on my status earlier. She said she just wanted me to learn my lesson on controlling my addiction towards reading books that was unnecessary in our lives right at the moment. That we needed to really focus on our studies to graduate with flying colors (I hope literally). Geesh! Did she even know the book I was reading?! Yes, it was fictional, but it was more about law that I learned to appreciate and understand more than looking and memorizing the necessary content of my thick boring hard subject book!

And then I asked her that one word question which she replied with her witty sarcasm. Gosh, whenever you answer someone with sarcasm and also replies you back with sarcasm but dumbly sarcasm, that's just a sarcastic person's weakness. And now my doings are coming back to me.

"Well anyway," she continued, "I was really awed by this environment. I mean, this was only a dream yesterday and now we're here just like in the book."

Yeah, that's true.

"Book? What do you mean book?" Aunt asked.

"I'll explain." I interrupted.

"Oh, you're here! Long time no communication." Frankie sarcastically replied. Ugh, this case is getting worse. I might fly back to the Philippines in no time and be with my mother forever.

I just shrugged and rolled my eyes at her before I continued. "You see tita, Frankie wrote a book-"

"We wrote the book." She corrected.

"Okay, fine. We wrote a book about us coming here and a lot of surprises would happen. But at the moment, we just landed here and no surprises. Yet." Frankie just grinned mischievously.

"Oh, am I allowed to read that book? I mean I'm still underage and it might have a lot of very romantic and intimate parts."

I don't know whether her being underage or saying intimate am going to correct. I just know that my jaw is dropped and I'm blushing. Hey, not because of the intimate word, but because of the very romantic parts of the book itself. Sort of. Just kidding! There's no intimate parts in our book. Ugh! I keep on saying intimate! I said it again!

I look at Frankie and see that she has the same expression, but she manages to reply tita.

"Uhmm... I-I-I... ahh..." she stutters, "haha... I'm pretty sure you're very allowed tita." Tita's face fell a little. Burn! Face that tita! That was what you get from being Frankie's sidekick tonight. I got my little revenge for you from my own best friend! Woohoo! I've forgiven you Frank! But I would never give up my plan on serving your deserved revenge. I actually thought of that a while ago. And it was pretty awesome. Wahahahaha!!
