The ending that was supposed to happen:
Everyone raised their plastic cups up into the middle of our circle. “Cheers!” we all chorused, everyone’s eyes were sparkling with happiness and as I glanced around our group everyone seemed to be having the times of their life. I turned to Nate, who was giving me a warm smile to show me how happy he was right here and right now. I leaned into him and rested my forehead against his, we were both grinning like idiots and I could feel the heat radiating off his body because we were so close. Nate tipped his lips towards mine and closed the distance between us. Fireworks went off from the bottom of my stomach and from the bottom of my heart; my eyes saw colours and my ears heard sparks, as he crushed his lips against mine.
Tomorrow is the 23rd of December, my 18th birthday. I have to decide whether to become a spy or not; after all the research, new experiences, and adding up pros and cons I think I might have made a decision. So, to be a spy or an average? To be honest I never really liked being average.
Note:
You’re going to have to figure out the middle section of what was supposed to happen because I couldn’t be bothered to write the rest of this story, but hey, I thought it was a pretty epic alternate ending that I did in chapter 12. Don’t you agree? ;) Thank you for reading my friends :D
