Present day:
Me and my brother Chris were on a bus ride to go up to the mountains. It's been one year since..... Hannah and Beth. One year since my leg was ripped brutally off by that retched wendigo. One year since I was left unconscious at the lodge doorstep. One year since my brother found my mangled body on the doorstep. One year since I almost died and Hannah and Beth did die. One.... One freaking year since my life was ruined.
