Auggies POV:
The floor steps creaked as we headed downstairs. We were going to find Sam. Chris opened the door to the basement and Ashley was hanging on to him like dead weight. Ew. I glared at the back of their heads, hoping I would burn a hole in one of them. But to no avail. When we made it to the basement we all started looking for clues. I found a large dollhouse. It was Hannah's and it brought back such great memories. We used to play dolls all day with it. I peeked inside one of the tiny Windows and saw a terrifying setup. It was the night that Hannah and Beth disappeared. I gasped. All of the little dolls looked like my friends. And what's even worse is that they all were in the exact spot everyone was that night. Chris walked up to where I was standing and put his hand on my shoulder. He leaned in and peeked through the tiny window. "Woah. This is scary." Chris said, shuddering. Ashely came up and gasped when she saw the horrid setup. She said something quietly to Chris and he looked at her with a sad expression on his face. He nodded. Ashley picked something up from the top of the dollhouse and walked away. Chris and I remained staring at the dollhouse. The tiny doll that represented Hannah tilted and it's eyes opened, making Chris and I jump. "Woah." We said at the same time. A shiver went down my spine just thinking about that night. I gulped and looked at a small box on the top of the dollhouse. It had some small trinkets, all of which were Hannah and Beth's. I smiled at the memories of them then remembered what happened. A frown became present on my face and I continued to look for any sign of Sam. I heard Ashley shriek. I turned towards her and saw Chris by her side. I was able to make out one clear thing: "I just saw.... A ghost. I swear!"
