Chapter 5: Gone

"Anna?"

She couldn't speak with the tape over her mouth, tears streaming down her face.

"What happened" I asked shocked

"Who did this to you?" My emotions suddenly turning to anger.

I helped her undo the rope around her wrists and ankles. The very carefully peeled the tape of her face, trying not to hurt her.

As soon as she was free, she threw her arms around me, sobbing into the crook of my neck.

"It's ok, your safe now" I reassured her, running my fingers through her soft hair,

***Anna's POV***

**flashback*

I heard footsteps comming up the hall, who could it be?. I looked at my phone, 2:34 AM. Then my door opened, and a hand caught me around the neck, I tried screaming but it covered my mouth.

"Don't you dare try and scream" a deep voice said furiously. I tried to get away but his grip tightened around my neck. He was hurting me.

My heart was beating, it was half two in the morning and there's someone trying to kidnap me? I diddnt know what to do, I couldn't see who it was, it was too dark.

I just spit in his face.

"How dare you, you must be punished now" he said

He threw me onto the bed, one hand still around my neck that I could hardly breath and the other on my hip holding me down.

He started attacking my neck, kissing and sucking it. I felt curls on my face.It was only then I had an idea of who it might be. The guy from earlier. I started panicking, I couldn't breath..I blacked out.

I woke up with rope around my hands and feet and tape around my mouth. I was in a black car all alone. The windows where black so I couldn't see any thing. I couldn't do anything, only scream.

I screamed as loudly as I could, hoping someone would hear me and then I burst out sobbing uncontrollably. How could this be happening? It must be a dream I thought until I heard someone trying to open the door.

I screamed again. Then the window got smashed open. All I could see was Zayn.

"Anna?" He asked

"What happened?" He asked sounding hurt

"Who did this to you?" He said sounding angry all of a sudden

I was crying while he untied the ropes. As soon as I was free, I i threw my arms around him, sobbing into his shoulder.

"It's ok, your safe now" he reassured me while running his finger through my hair.

**end of flashback**

He broke the hug and looked me in the eye.

"I'm sorr-" he was cut of by a man yelling

**Zayn's POV***

"I'm sorr-" I heard a man yelling and crying

"NIALL!" I screamed

I caught Anna's hand and started running.

We ran for 10 miniutes until we were stopped dead in our tracks. All I saw was Niall lying on the pavement with blood all around him and knife marks all over him.

I knelt down beside him, taking his bloody wrist in my hand and checking for a pulse. There was none. I could feel tears building up in my eyes, I lay my head on his chest, crying and screaming for him to wake up.

But he was gone.
