I Chose You

Minzy POV
I sat down thinking and I decided my guy. I knew that he would be the right one for me. For the next 2 days, I didn't talk to any of them. Finally, on the day of the plane, I got ready. I wore my shorts, a gray tank-top, and a Bears baseball jersey. I wore my leather army boots and got my leather purse. I drove to the airport and waited for Kai. He came in wearing his white shirt, a trench coat, and jeans. He had a trunk and a leather backpack. He came in surrounded by fans and I was flustered. I wanted to just talk to him alone but I guess I had to face them. Kai saw me and he said:
"Minzy!" His fans saw me and they started taking pictures.
"Everyone, this is my best friend, Minzy." They all said how we would make such a good couple and how they thought that we would go on a trip together.
"Um...Kai? Can we talk alone?"
"That gives me a bad feeling." His fans were watching us so I had no choice but to talk to him.
"Ok, I made my mind."
"I know."
"I'm sorry."
"Wow. I still fail at getting you." His fans were all glaring at me and yelling at me:
"Hey, Minzy why isn't Kai good enough for you?"
"Yeah. You think you have the right to dump him?"
"More like Kai oppa dumping you."
I had tears in my eyes. Kai then said:
"I'm really disappointed in my fans for saying that to her. Minzy is the girl I love." They all stayed quiet and we continued talking.
"So, will you be here when I get back? With Lay hyung?"
"Probably."
"Well, then I guess I better hurry my trip."
"Kai."
"Always be beautiful for me, Minzy. Even though I can't have you."
"Kai, don't make me feel guilty."
"I won't. But at least give me a goodbye present?"
"Of course." I went up to Kai and grabbed his wrist. I gave him one of my 2NE1 bracelets with my name.
"Remember me during the trip."
"I will."
"Oh, I have another present."
"What is it? Is it better than this?" Kai held up his wrist.
"Maybe." I held Kai's neck and pulled him in for a kiss. His fans were shocked, but they got even more shocked when Kai kissed me.
"That was the best present, Minzy."
"Hurry back. I'll be waiting for you." I watched Kai go in through the gates and headed to my next destination, the park.

Kai POV
I waved as I went through the gates and looked at my bracelet. I loved Minzy, but I still didn't love her enough to let her go. But, at least I'll still be by her side after I get back.

Minzy POV
I headed to the park as fast as I can. I parked my cat and ran around the park to find Lay. He wasn't at the usual spot we always stayed so I fell to my knees. I cried while talking to myself.
"Lay, why? Why?" I continued crying and talked even more.
"Why couldn't you wait for me just a bit more?" I stood up and was heading back to my car, but all of a sudden, I heard a voice.
"Hey, dancing queen." I turned around and there was Lay. He was wearing his shorts and a black t-shirt.
"Lay?" He was smiling at me.
"Why did you keep me waiting?" My tears came down and I ran to him. I was hugged and he pat my head. Then, I kissed him passionately.
"I thought you went to Kai."
"I told him goodbye."
"So, you chose me? As your guy?"
"Yeah. I noticed how you were the right one."
"Good. My little Minzy now knows."
"Yeah, I do." I kissed Lay again.
The next couple of days were just busy for me and Lay. He moved back in, but we decided to let Kai keep his room there since Lay and I were gonna share a room together. Now, I was happy with him and that was all I needed.
