Dare (The daredevil)
You were doing it. You were actually doing it. Oh Shin-chan was going to be so angry! You did a lot of stupid things, but even you could tell this was pushing it. Did that stop you though? Hell no. The adrenalin was pumping in your veins and you hadn't even jumped yet. You loved it.
What is this insanely stupid stunt that you're about to execute? Well nothing less that jumping from the tallest tree in the schoolyard, onto a trampoline where you planned to make a perfect somersault onto a thin mattress. What could possibly go wrong?
You were just about to take the jump, when a shout halted you movements.
"What do you think you're doing?"
You peered down at the ground, spotting the green mop of hair easily. "Oh Shin-chan, there you are. Fantastic, wouldn't want you to miss out." You grinned. The boy irritatedly pushed up his glasses. "Of all the idiotic things you've done so far, this takes the top." He hissed coldly at you.
You cooed at him. "Aw Shin-chan, you do care." You righted your position once again. "Wait (L/N) DON'T!" Too late. You jumped. Your timing was perfect, and you hit the trampoline in just the right angle to easily make the somersault. So what was the problem then? The problem was your ankle exploding in pain when you hit the ground.
"Shit!" You could easily tell from past experience that it was sprained. Well, I guess there won't be any stunts for a while. You mused.
Later found you in your room, getting you ankle bandaged by Midorima. "What were you thinking?" He scolded, securing the gauze. "And then today of all days. (Zodiac) have horrible luck today." He frowned at you.
You slumped your shoulders, pouting your lips, in the official 'forgive me' posture. "I'm sowwy Shin-chan." You whimpered, looking like a kicked puppy. You had done this far too many times however, for Midorima to still be affected by it.
"Moron. You could at least have waited until I'd given you this." He said, pulling a red ribbon out of his pocket, pinning it to your hair.
"So what was it this time?" He asked, sounding defeated. You frowned. "That kid from English, the one that's got some problem with me? Yeah, he called me chicken! Me? I'd like to see him try half the stuff I've done!" You huffed, still feeling a bit stung that the guy had the nerve to challenge you.
A harsh slap on your head brought you back to reality. Clutching the back of your head, you gazed up at Midorima. "Idiot. Don't let those beneath you rile you up like this!" He chastised.
You smiled at him. "Thanks Shin-chan." You watched in amusement as the boy turned read, sputtering. "D-don't think- I-it's not- I- Forget it!" He snapped, seeing you trying hard not to laugh at him. "Aw don't worry Shin-chan, I know what you're trying to say." You beamed at him.
Midorima coughed to hide his embarrassment. "I-I should go." He said. "Don't forget to hold that ice pack to your ankle." You smiled reassuringly at him. "Oh and Shin-chan?"
The tall boy turned to you, and you didn't hesitate to grab his jacket, pulling him down to you height. Then, without warning, you planted a quick peck on his cheek. "Thanks for treating me."
The shooter was staring at you, gaping and red faced, for a while, before he hastily retreated, muttering a quick goodbye. You chuckled at the display of adorableness, thanking Takao for daring you to kiss the green haired boy, otherwise you might not have had the guts.
