Tear In My Heart ; Frerard

chapter 5.

Frank and Patrick walk inside the house, and all the guys are sitting in a circle. "What are we, 13 year old girls?" says Frank, rolling his eyes, and sitting in between Pete and Gerard.

"Alright so we'll go around the circle, starting with me." says Oliver. "Pete, truth or dare?"

"Dare." says Pete with a smirk. Oliver stops to think for a few seconds. "I dare you to go knock on the neighbor's door and ask if they have any condoms you can borrow." says Oliver with a grin. The other guys laugh. "Alright, let's go." says Pete, and everyone follows him out the door. Pete knocks on the neighbor's door, and it turns out to be an old lady. He asks if she has any condoms he can borrow, and she slaps him in the face, and slams the door shut. Everyone started cracking up.

The next few dares were pretty stupid, like Jake daring Oliver to down 3 shots of vodka, and Brendon daring Ashley to make out with Andy for a minute in front of all of them, which wasn't that hard, and it definitely lasted for longer than a minute. Now, it was Pete's turn.

"Hmm. Patrick, truth or dare?" says Pete. "Truth." says Patrick nervously. Pete stopped to think. "Name the most attractive guy in this room." All eyes were on Patrick, and he started blushing. Frank felt bad for Patrick, he didn't want the other guys to make fun of him. "Pete." says Patrick, blushing even more, and Pete smiling a little. "Ok, Andy, your turn." says Pete, a little too quickly. "Alright.. Gerard. Truth or Dare?" says Andy. "Truth." says Gerard with a smirk. "Lame. But I want to know, who do you think is the hottest guy in the room?" says Andy, smirking, and obviously knowing what Gerard thought. Frank was nervous, what if Gerard said his name? "Frank." says Gerard. Frank's cheeks grew red, and before anyone else could react, Bob, Ray, and Mikey burst through the door. "What the fuck?" says Gerard. "Hey man!" says Bob to Oliver. "We decided to crash your party."

Frank's mind wondered away from those three idiots walking in, to what Gerard had said. Gerard Way said Frank was the hottest guy in the fucking room. Was there a mutual feeling between them?

Gerard, on the other hand, felt a little embarrassed, and walked outside to smoke. He knew no one would give a shit if he smoked inside, but he wanted to be by himself for a few minutes. He just said that Frank was the hottest guy in the room. Well, he wasn't lying.

As Gerard blew out some smoke, Andy walked outside. "Hey man, we gotta talk." says Andy, with a concerned look on his face. "I'm sorry if I made it awkward between you and Frank.." Gerard cuts him off. "It's fine." he says. "I saw Frank's face after you said his name though. He was blushing like crazy." says Andy. "Andy, if I tell you something, can you promise no to tell anyone?" says Gerard nervously. "Yeah man, of course." says Andy.

"I think I'm starting to have feelings for Frank."

It isn't until late at night that the guys get back to school to pick up their cars. Frank and Gerard get in Franks car to go drop Gerard off. It is very awkward, so Frank blasts some Nirvana. The song that comes on is 'Rape Me'.

"Nice song choice, Frankie, are you trying to tell me something?" says Gerard, chuckling. Frank rolls his eyes and continues driving. "As I recall, you are the one that thinks I'm hot." says Frank, eyes still on the road. "Relax, Frank, it was a game." says Gerard, and in that moment, Frank's heart dropped.

After a few more minutes of silence, other than the music, they arrive at Gerard's house. Frank stops the car and Gerard unbuckles his seat belt. He sits there for a few seconds before getting up, and just as Frank opens his mouth to say something, Gerard leans over and kisses him.

The kiss lasted for a few seconds, and Gerard pulled away and said, "I actually do think you're hot, Frankie." and he gets out of the car, and walks inside. Before he closes the door, he turns and waves at Frank.

Frank could not even process what had just happened. He sat in Gerard's driveway for a good five minutes before he could drive away.

Gerard Way had just kissed him (sober) and called him hot. Does this mean they would become a couple? What was going to happen? Frank's head practically exploded with all these thoughts as he drove. He finally got to his house, and slowly walked up to his room, with a grin plastered on his face. He went to bed with thoughts of Gerard.
