Chapter One

It's been a week since I've been throwing up every single morning and I'm seriously considering it's a stomach virus but Lexi thinks I might be pregnant so to prove her wrong, I agree to take a pregnancy test and we're in the bathroom waiting for the three minutes to pass by and when it does, I get nervous and showed Lexi first and she gasps.
"Oh my god!" She says and then I take the test from her and looked at it and then I quickly dropped it.

Positive

That can't be! I can't be pregnant! I'm too young to be a mother and I'm not ready!
"what are you gonna do Kat?" Lexi asks and I shrug
"I don't know and I'm scared," I said and then she embraces me in her arms
"Do you want to... You know... Um abort it?" She asks and I gasp
"You know how I feel about abortions," I stated and she nods
"Right what about adoptions?" She suggests
"I don't know," I said "I don't want my baby to end up in a bad place and that'd be my fault that I couldn't be there for him/her,"
"Do you know who you had sex last with?" She asks and I shrug
"Last guy I done it with was when we went to that club up in Alford," I said "we were really drunk and I don't remember if we used protection or not,"
"Do you remember his name?" She asks
"I think it was Alec but I don't know his last name," I said
"Do you know which hotel you went to?" She asks
"Man you should be a detective Lexi," I said and she smiles "it was the hotel down the street,"
"Good I have a plan," she says and I groan
"Please tell me it's legal and won't get us trouble with the law?" I asked and she smiles
"Live a little best friend," she says and I shake my head "we are gonna go to the same club we went to and ask the bartenders if they remember the guy you were with that night and if that don't work out then we go to the hotel,"
"Like they give us personal information about him and he's probably out of town since its been a month!" I stated.
"Worth a try and if that don't work out then we stalk the Internet," she says and I sigh knowing that I won't get anywhere with her once she made up her mind.

After I got dressed in jeans and a sweatshirt, I hopped into our car and I made sure I had my seatbelt on tight. Lexi is not a bad driver but she's not an okay driver okay. She drives faster than the limit, uses the signal light last second and has the worst road rage ever!
I love my best friend but I love my life and what's cooking in the oven although it's not even born or fertilized yet.

We finally reach the club around noon and Lexi is by my side as we walked inside together and I spot the same bartender who served me Lexi and Alec the same night I was here a month ago
"I'll do the talking okay?" Lexi says and I nod and then she leans in as the bartender ask what kind of drink she wants "I'm not here to drink yet but can I ask you something?"
"If it's for my phone number then no sweetie I got someone," he says and I shake my head
"That's too bad but I'm here and I I want to know if you know a guy named Alec, he was here a month ago hanging out with my girlfriend and well there's something she had to tell him," Lexi says and the bartender's face went pale
"I don't know an Alec and even if I do, I can't share personal information bout him," he says and then he eyes me up "and if you're girlfriend was wondering where he is why didn't she ask?"
"She's a bit shy but thank for nothing," Lexi mutters and grabs my arm and we leave. I take a quick glance back at the bartender and something funny happened with his eyes and I shake my head as I got some fresh air.
"Next place is the hotel," Lexi says as she brings the car to life
"What makes you think they'll give us any information about Alec if Mr. Bartender dude didn't gave us any," I said
"Trust me Kat I'll find your baby daddy," she says and I shake my head.

As we stroll inside the hotel, I spot a nerd behind the counter and then Lexi is fixing her bosoms.
"What are you doing?" I whispered
"I have an idea," she says as she fixes the other boob "nerds are attracted to boobs and well since I have the ass and little boobs you can play the part too,"
"Nope leave me out!" I said but I end up losing and I fix my breasts to show more boob than shirt.

"He'll ladies how may I help you?" The kid says
"Yes you can help us, Henry," Lexi says seductively "we need help finding this guy she slept with a month ago and well we need his phone number so we can call him and tell him the big news so can you help us please?"
"I'm sorry miss but I can't give out personal information to guests," he says and I sigh
"Pretty please we just need his number, I promise I won't tell anyone about this," she says and I mentally slap my forehead then Lexi leans in and plants a kiss on the boy's cheek and he was about to faint as his head boss walks in and we are busted.
"Is there problem here Henry?" The man says in his thick British accent
"No sir these ladies were just asking for directions to the nearest museum sir," Henry says and his boss scowls him and then we leave

"Well that's a bust," I said as I hop in the car
"We still have the Internet to stalk let's go," she says and she speeds back to our apartment.

** 2 hours later **

"Face it Lexi this is also a bust," I muttered getting tired of looking at the screen and saying no to every Facebook profile out there that has his name "we are never gonna find him,"
"Hey like those famous people say, never say never," Lexi says and I laugh
"Justin Bieber sang that which is kinda ridiculous everyone says never," I said and she shrugs and I yawn "I'm gonna take a nap wake me up for lunch will you,"
"Get some sleep my sleeping beauty," Lexi says and I slowly walked to my room and crashed on my bed.

I start to dream about Alec and Me and what if we were a couple as boyfriend girlfriend raising our child together.
