"YOU SWALLOWED THEM!" I yell at Gluttony.

"I..." Gluttony says with his face and voice filled with worry, "swallowed..."

Right now, I feel more anger than I've possibly ever felt. Like I did some months ago during our battle with scar, my whole body lights on flames.

"Get them out!" I yell. "Get them out now! You can freaking keep Envy if you want, but give Edward back!"

I'm almost ready to kill Gluttony, but Alphonse stops me by putting a hand on my shoulder.

"Alice," he says. "If you hurt Gluttony, we might risk not being able to get them out."

I sigh and I put out the flames. I look at Gluttony with rage.

"Listen, fat guy," I say, "if you so much as try something, anything, I'll freaking behead you and get them out of your big endless stomach myself!"

Gluttony looks at me with a childish fear and nods, and he practically huddles and sits still.

I sit next to Alphonse, facing Gluttony so we can make sure he doesn't do anything.

"Did he hurt you?" Alphonse asks, referring to Envy.

"I wouldn't say hurt," I reply. "But he did find my weakness."

"And what's that?" He asks.

"If my hands are made into fists, I can't make a fire," I reply. "He used that against me in order to kidnap me."

"Whoa," he says.

"Other than that... he didn't do anything. He just kept me in captivity."

"What did he want you there for?" He says.

"Probably to lure you and Edward into their hideout."

We sit in silence, with a lot of things going through our minds.

"What about Winry?" I break the silence. "Envy and I watched the battle... I saw that she was crying. Did she find out about Scar?"

"Yeah, she did," Alphonse replies. "She was so upset... I don't know if I've ever seen her that sad. But she went back to Rush Valley. She's safe now."

"Well, I'm glad she's safe," I reply.

"She seemed worried about you," Alphonse continues. "It was only because brother told her he'd move earth and sea to get you back, that she managed to stay calm."

"He used those words?" I ask.

"Yeah," he says. "When he heard you were missing... he almost lost it. It was hard to calm him down."

"Really?" I look out to where Gluttony is. He's just sitting still, doing absolutely nothing.

To think I could actually scare a freaky Homunculus like him.

I feel something tapping at my leg. I look down and it's a small Panda.

"Hey!" I say.

The panda climbs on my leg and huddles into a ball. I look up at the sky.

"How did this just happen?" I say.

"Huh?" Alphonse says.

"I mean... Edward is somewhere we don't know," I say. "And I can't do anything."

I start to sniff and feel the tears building up in my eyes. The little panda in my leg notices and huddles closer to me.

"Alice..." Alphonse says. "Don't cry."
