Nobody knows what this Witch will turn out to be, not even the Incubators or Homura Akemi. It was made from the Witches of 50 Puella Magi and although it is extremely powerful, it doesn't yet have any identity. No individual Witch was strong enough to actually merge all these conflicting Souls together, and as of now, the Witch has no definite form or nature. Homura is still trying to search for that one Puella Magi which can unite the many Witches and form the ultimate Witch of Destruction.
