Chapter 3

A month later it was time to go back to LA
Reba was so ready to tell her family about the twins. So she called them all over to their house on the next day for a little party and she was gonna make the slide show of all the pictures she had taken throughout the pregnancy so far.
The puppies are definitely good baby training
They are lots of trouble and not so much puppies anymore. They are huge! They likes to jump up on Rebas belly
Savannah loves them to death and trains them 
They know a lot but one thing they won't stop doing is jumping up, she can't figure out how to get them to stay down. She was worried for when the twins got here.
Reba and Narvel are so proud of her
They woke up and the dogs followed Vannah to the kitchen. "Feeding time" she said filling their bowls and putting them on the ground next to her chair
"Sit." She said
They sat and waited for her to say eat
"Good dogs. Eat." She smiled
They Both dug in, Reba walked in. "Good noting babies" she said
"Hi mama." She said
"Morning baby girl" she kissed her head and went to make breakfast. She grabbed a tub of her favorite ice cream and stuck 3 warm donuts in the tub and ate one just out of her hands
Savannah eat her cereal
Reba sat across from her. "Jeez! I'm eating, stop" she said looking down at her belly with her mouth full of food. She placed a hand on her side and rubbed
"Their doing her morning stretches." She smiled
"No their playing there morning round of soccer" Reba said
She giggled
Reba smiled at her and took another Bite
The puppies kept eating
Reba smiled at them. "How's my doggies?" She asked
"I'm trying figure out how to get Pepper to stop jumping." She said
"Why do you think she's jumping?" She asked
"I think she's jealous of you  being pregnant." She said
"What?! I'm a human and she's a dog... Honey are you going crazy?" She asked
"Mama dogs can have a phantom pregnancy." She said
"She's jealous because I'm pregnant?" She said
She nodded
Reba giggled
The puppies finished eating
Reba did too
"Come on puppies. You gotta go out." Savannah said
They ran to the door
Savannah smiled
They ran around our side
Savannah watched them
They wee so cute! Mama came over to me and wrapped her arms around my waist
"Hey mama." She said
"I'm so proud of you" she said
"Thanks mama." She smiled
"I want these babies out" she said
"Mama your 5 moths." She said
"I know but they're a pain in the ass and I'm huge@ she said
"Mama your not huge." She said
"I am! Where your father? He has to take the bags out to the car so we can leave. Get the dogs stuff and get the dogs in the car" she said
"Blue! Pepper!" She yelled for them
They came running through the door and pepper jumped up on Rebas stomach
"Pepper down!" Savannah pulled her off of Reba
Reba held her stomach
"No jump!" She told the dog
She growled
"No growl." She said
Reba patted the dog and she growled louder
"Pepper no!" Savannah said sternly and she stopped
Narvel walked in. "Baby your so tinny! Look at your belly! You don't even look pregnant" he said
"I look like a whale." She huffed
He gasped. "Reba! You can't even tell your pregnant! I bet Mel won't even tell!" He said
"Look!" She turned to the side
"I see a tiny bump but it's nothing. You can definitely his that" she said

Pepper got in front of Reba and sat down
"Hi" she smiled and they went to the airport. She got on the plane and sat down. She pulled out her laptop and rubbed her stomach as she made the slide show
Blue got on the couch next to Reba and rested his head on her thigh
She smiled big. "Hi buddy" she patted him as she continued on her slide show
He feel asleep on her

Reba smiled finished her slide show. "How's this?" She asked
He wagged his big fluffy tail
She giggled. She kissed his head and closed her own eyes
He snuggled closer
She smiled and closed her lap tops the babies started playing soccer again.
Blue pressed his nose to her belly
She chuckled. "Bud are they bothering you?" She asked
He sniffled her belt like crazy
She laughed. The babies would kick his nose
He looked confused
Reba smiled and rubbed his belly. "Those are the babies blue" she smiled
He sniffled her belly
She smiled at him and looked over at Vannah. "I think he likes the babies" she smiled
"I do too." She smiled
Reba smiled at the dog. "Who wants a treat?!" Reba said
Pepper shot up and ran to Reba and sat down
"I wasn't talking to you! You silly goose!" She said
She was so cute and loved Reba so much
Reba kissed her fluffy head. She waved the treats around in front of the dogs. "Sit.... Now give me your paw" she said to the dogs
They both say and gave her their paw
Reba smiled and gave them both a treat.
They ate it
Reba smiled and put the treats away. "All Gone" she Said to the dogs.
They huffed
Reba chuckled and they were getting ready to land
Mama snuggled with daddy
"I hate this part" she whined
He pulled her close and kissed her head
She grabbed his hand and aced it on her tiny belly.
"Hi babies." He smiled
"They play soccer and sleep" she said
He gigged
"Oh and eat." She said
"We gotta start thinking of names." He smile d
"I like Zoe and Jack" she said
"I like Jack too." He smiled
She smiled. "What about Zoe?" She asked
"Mama what about Fallon Nell for he girl? Savannah asked
"Fallon... Okay" she said
"What do you think?" She asked
"I like it" she said
"Now here's the real test." Savannah crawled over Reba and talked to her belly
Reba laughed. "What are you doing?" She asked
"Seeing what name they like." She said
Reba smiled. "They're all yours" she smiled
"Okay baby boy. Do you like Jack?" She asked he he went crazy
Reba smiled. "He does" she smiled
"Now baby girl do you like Zoe? She asked and nothing
Rebas smile faded. "Oh" Reba said sadly
"What about Fallon?" She asked and she went crazy
Reba just nodded on that one. She was really leaning towards Zoe.
"Mama?" She asked
"Yeah?" She asked
"You okay?" She asked
She nodded
"Love you." She said
"Love you now buckle up. We're landing" she said
She nodded and buckled up
Reba looked at Narvel and pecked his lips
He kissed her back
She rubbed his abdomen
He kissed her cheek
"My hormones are of the walls now that I'm pregnant" she whispered
"I'm ready." He held her hand
She smiled. "Me too" she said
He pecked her lips
"When we get to the house will you make the hormones go away?" She asked
He nodded
She didn't see him smile. "Never mind" she said
He kissed her deeply
She didn't like fast deep kisses
He eased up and planked feathers kisses on her lips
She sucked on just his lower lip with her mouth open.
He smiled
She kept going
He grabbed her waist
She smiled and stuck her tongue straight in his mouth for a deep French kiss
Savannah fake gagged quietly
Reba just tried to ignore her. Reba and Narvel never French kiss. Ever.
Savannah played on her phone
Reba finally pulled away. "I like French kissing..., the last time we did that was at our wedding" she said
"I like it too." He smiled
She smiled and then pecked his lips. "And you missy, you stay quiet" she said
She nodded
They landed and drove to there place
The puppies were going crazy
Vannah toon them out side while Reba and Narvel got everything ready for the announcement video
"Puppies!" Savannah called for them

Reba smiled. "Vannah everyone is starting to get here so why don't you lock them up and get ready" Reba said.
Blue whined. He didn't want to be locked up
Reba picked him up. "Bud, want a treat? If you get locked up I'll give you a bone if your a good boy" she said
He whined again
Reba felt bad, she rubbed his back and kissed his head. "You can stay putt but your sister has to go in her cage because she jumps and I don't want her jumping on my mom and narvels mom" she said
"Mama how about I stay with her and making sure she doesn't jump?" Savannah said
"Savannah, if she jumps once I'm putting her away and not letting her back out till everyone leaves" she said sternly.
"Yes Mama." She said
Reba kissed blues head again and the door bell rang. Reba's heart started racing so fast. "Their here.... Okay, everyone happy family and no words about the twins. Doggies sit" she said placing them in front of Vannah and Narvel
Both of the dogs sat
Reba took a deep breath and got the door. Everyone had come together so she let everyone in and hugged each person as they came in.
Both of the puppies just sat and wagged their tails
Reba smiled at them. "Hi mama" Reba said hugging her mama tight.
"Hi baby." She smiled
"Okay, everyone would you please make your way down to the theater room and take a seat." Reba said
Pepper whined so Reba would hear her
Reba looked over. "What's wrong?" She asked
"I think they want to go to." Savannah said
Reba sighed. "Vannah we have a lot of equipment and expensive stuff down there I just don't know if it's q good idea" she said
"I can put them in their crates." She said
Reba sighed. "Fine but you have to watch them and stuff." She said
"The crates are in my room." She said
"Do whatever you want but be down stairs in two minutes." She said
"Puppies lets go to my room!" She said
Reba walked down stairs to the back of the room
Savannah put the puppies in the crates and ran downstairs
Reba and Narvel where getting ready to start
"Puppies are away." She said
"Thanks. Alright everyone, put your attention up to the screen and just watch" she said
Mama hit play and daddy put his hands on the top of my shoulders
Reba walked over to Narvel and grabbed his hand. "Here goes nothing" she said
He pecked her lips
She smiled against his lips. The first slide said "the blackstocks A bun in the oven!" She did that on purpose and at the end put "theirs too buns in the oven actually!" But they will get to that at the end of the slide show
"I love you." He whispered
"I love you" she smiled leaning into him.
I smiled at them
They watched the video and Reba switched the lights back on. "so what do you guys think?" Reba smiled
"Baby are you having twins?!" Grandma smiled
Reba smiled. "I sure am! A little girl and a little boy" she smiled
Everyone cheered and congratulated mama and daddy
Reba hugged everyone and we went back upstairs for some food.
"Can I let my puppies out? Savannah asked
Reba nodded and got some food
"Thanks!" She smiled
Reba sat on the couch and ate some food, she placed a hand on her stomach.
I let the puppies out of their crates
Blue jumped up onto the couch with Reba and curled up to her side
"Hey buddy!" She smiled and pepper did the same thing on mamas other side
Reba smiled. "My two babies" Reba said and stroked her back

They fell asleep on her
Reba smiled and soon everyone left. It was time for Reba to go to work. "Alright babies... No playing soccer while I work" Reba said to her belly
Blue started talking
Reba looked over at him. "What are you barking at?" She asked
He sniffled her belly
Reba giggled. "You like the babies don't you?" She said
He wagged his tail
Reba smiled. "Narvel! Come on! We have to go!" Reba yelled
"I'm right here babe.@ he said
She looked over "sorry" she said grabbing his hand. "Vannah we'll be home for dinner be good and watch the dogs" she said
"Okay I will." She said
Reba kissed her head and they went to the set Mel was awaiting them. "Hey Mel! How are you!?" She asked "I'm good, here try a piece of my new peanut brittle" she said handing it to Reba. Reba tried it and smiled. "You know you could really market this stuff!" Reba said, Mel stuck her fingers to make an X. "Why not?" She asked. "Because I may be to busy" she said. "What are you pregnant to?" Reba said looking at the peanut brittle
"Not yet. Wait what do you mean by too?!" She asked excitedly
Reba looked up and smiled. "We didn't want to tell anybody when we found out" Reba said
"REBA!!" She squealed and hugged her
Reba smiled and hugged her back. "We've been wanting another for so long but never got pregnant and uh... Well now we are pregnant with twins" Reba smiled
"That's incredible!" She smiled
Reba smiled at her. "Yup.. I'm due in the middle of the next season" Reba said
"Aww! How did the kids take it?" She asked
"Good, Savannah was the one I was most concerned about and she was so happy so I guess it went well" Reba said sitting down
"And those puppies might help." She smiled
Reba laughed. "She's in love with them" Reba smiled
"They love the babies too." She smiled
Reba smiled. "So are you trying for a baby anytime soon?" Reba asked
"I would love another one but j don't know if John does." She said sadly
"Talk to him" Reba coaxed
"I've tried and he doesn't want to talk about it." She said
Reba sighed. "I'm sorry" she said
"It's okay." She said
"Let's get to work" she said
She nodded
They went and got changed
Reba checked her phone and saw she had a text from Savannah. "Have a good day and work mama! I love you." She said
Reba smiled and texted back. "Thank you baby, I love you too" she said
She sent her back the red heart emoji. The heart eyes and the kissy face with a heart emoji
Reba smiled and put her phone in her back pocket
Narvel checked his phone and saw he had a text from Savannah. "Have a good day at work daddy ! I love you." She said
Reba saw him checking his phone with a smile, she walked over behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist. "I love you too daddy" Reba said
"I love you too mama." He turned around and kissed her head
She laid her head on his chest. "This would be so much more exciting if we weren't married" she said
"What are you talking about?" He asked
"If we weren't married I would be sneaking this and it would be so much fun. But we're married so it's just like every other pregnancy" she said
"It's just as exciting as if we weren't married you know why?" He said
"No it's not" she said
"Because I get to share it with my best friend, my wife, my everything." He smiled
"But I missed what it was like before we were married" she sighed. "You wouldn't understand" she said pulling away and walking to the set
"Honey?" He said
She ignored him and went to Mel
He was confused and a little hurt. She didn't realize how that could come across. She didn't mean to upset him
She just missed when they used to sneak around and hide their relationship and when she got pregnant with Shelby they hid it. She missed it. Now that they're married she was bored with they're marriage. She missed everything that they used to have.
But she wouldn't trade the love they share or what they have accomplished for anything 
She loved him a lot... She missed they're teen years and they're dating years and when they got married and everything.
He was everything she could ask for
She did her scenes and then walked passed him to her dressing rooms
He grabbed her hand and pulled her close
"I'm bored with out marriage" she cried
"Shh shh it's okay baby. I'm right here." He know that her hormones were crazy and she didn't really mean it
She cried into him and started to gag
"Baby breath I'm right here." He rubbed her back
She started coughing.
"Baby deep breaths." He soothed
She started breathing and held him tighter
"I love you so much." He said
"I love you too" she sniffles
"They playing soccer again?" He asked
She nodded. "Can we go home? I miss Vannah" she said
"Of course." He said
She said bye and went home she walked in and the phone rang right away. Reba answered it and it was her mama. Her voice sounded like she'd been crying she said "it's your daddy, you need to come home... This is it I think he's dying.." She said and Reba's let one year fall right In front of Vannah
Savannah wrapped her arms around Reba's waidt

Her daddy came on and said. "Just remember Red... Cow girls don't cry" he said
"But I'm a pregnant cow girl. I cried yesterday cause Vannah smiled at me." She said
He chuckled. "I'm sorry sugar... But you will have that always in your head... If you fall down get right back on up and be strong. I love you" he said. He said I love you for the first time in forever.
That made her cry harder. "I love you too daddy." She said
"Let everyone know, that whatever happens from here on out... I will be watching you from up there... I love you" he said again
"I love you too. Please don't go." She said
"Mama told me that I should let go when I'm ready... She doesn't want to see me suffer anymore" he said
"I'm getting on the next flight to come and see you." She said
"Okay honey... If you don't get to see me or I'm gone... Let those babies know they're grandpa loves them" he said
She broke down. She hadn't thought about that
"Oh honey, please don't cry!" He said
"Please don't go." She cried
"I'll try" he said
"Mommy can I talk to him?" Savannah whispered
"Oh of course!" Reba said handing her the phone and wiping her wheel
Eyes*
"Hi grandpa!" Savannah said
"Hi butter cup" he said
"I miss you." She said
"Come with your mama to come see me" he said
"I will I promise." She said
"Okay baby, I love you" he said
"I love you too." She said choked up
He hung up and Reba held Vannah tight. "Let it out" Reba said rubbing her back
She broke down crying. She and Reba's daddy were extremely close
Reba held back her's and held her close. "He's gonna be in a better place if he decides to go and if he doesn't, you can hold him" she said
"I don't want him to go." She cried
"Me too baby... Me too, but he won't suffer anymore if he goes" she said
She nodded her head and cried
Reba rubbed her back and held her. The babies kicked vannahs stomach
"Hi babies." She said
Reba giggled. "They play soccer with my bladder" Reba said
Savannah rubbed her belly
"I want them to be here" she said
"They are going to be so cute." She said
"Just like you" Reba smiled
She blessed

Reba giggled. "Your so cute" she smiled
"Thanks mama." She said
They say on the couch
Narvel comes into the room
"Hey" Reba said looking up
"Hi baby." He said
She sighed. "Daddy's getting ready to pass" she said choked up
"I have three tickets to Oklahoma tonight." He said
Reba looked up. "No way! Really!" She started crying
"Of course baby." He said
She got up and hugged him tight. "I love you" she cried
"I love you too baby. And he puppies can come." He said
Savannah's face lit up.
"Puppies!!" She said
Hey came running down the stair
She smiled
They started barking
"Shh." She said by
They kept barking
"No barking." She said
They stopped
"Wanna go on plane.@ she said
They wagged their tails
Reba smiled
They went to the airport
Reba snugged with Narvel
She ended up falling asleep
Blue was Savannahs pillow and Pepper was new blanket

Reba giggled at the crazy dogs
Savannah was asleep
Reba dozed off
Later that day
They were at Reba's house.
Reba's moms*
Reba ran to her dad
He was sleeping
"Daddy?" She whispered
He opened his eyes. "Baby, what are you doing here?" He asked
"To see you." She said
He smiled. "Sit, sit" he said patting the spot next to her
She sat down next to him and put his hand in her belly
"So theirs two in their I heard? You mother came home and told me tight away" he said
"A little boy and little girl." She smiled
"I babies" he said
They kicked his hand
He smiled. "The doctor gave me some medicine and it's helping." He said
"That's good." She said hopeful
"Where pipsqueak?" He asked
"Downstairs." She said
"Can you call her up? I have a surprise for her" he said
She nodded and smiled
Vannah came up.
"Hey grandpa!" She smiled
"Hi baby girl" he smiled
She smiled big
"I have something for you" he said
"Aww you didn't have to get me anything." She said
"I got you a horse" he spit out
"What?!" She smiled big
"And a personal trainer" he smiled
"Thank you so much." She hugged his neck
He hugged her back. "Reba... Your her personal trainer" he said
Reba smiled big
"Why don't you go check her out" he said
She kissed her cheek
They went to check the horse out
Savannah was so excited
"This is your horse baby" Reba smiled
"Mama she's gourgeous!" She said
Reba smiled. "She sure is" she said
"Hi baby." She smiled
She huffed
Savannah rubbed her nose
She nodded her head
"Your so pretty." She said
She huffed again and Reba smiled. "She likes you" she said
"Can you ride when your pregnant?" She asked and Reba shook her head no
"I miss riding though" Reba said
Savannah rubbed her belly
Reba rubbed the horses main
The puppies can running in
The horse got startled
"It's okay." She said
Reba calmed her down
An hour later
They were sleeping
"I'm going to bed guys." Savannah said
They nodded
"Night baby." Reba said
They all kissed her goodnight
She walked up to clarks room
"Night grandpa... Thank you for my gift I love her" she said
"Your welcome baby. Im glad. I love your she said
They smiled and everyone went to bed
The next day
Reba was having really bad morning sickness and hiding it from Narvel
Savannah fed the dogs
Reba spend most of her whole morning in the bathroom blaring music
Narvel knocked on the door. "Babe?" He said
She was dry heaving when he said that but she had the music blaring so it hopefully was loud enough.
He opened the door and rubbed her back
"Go away!" She cried
"Baby let me held you." She said
"No go away! I'm fine" she yelled
"Baby you have been dry heaving all morning." He said
"It's not my fault! Your the one who did this to me and now you won't leave me alone!" She said
"Baby I wanna help." She said
"No go away" she pushed him away
"I love you." He said
"I love you now will you go away. And stop breathing on me" as sais
He kissed her cheek and left.
She breathed and continued dry heaving and vomiting for the next hour or so
He felt so bad. He wanted to help her
She didn't come out of the bathroom. But she turned the music off.
He knocked on the door
"Go aw-" she said and started to dry heave again
He rubbed her back
She pushed him away. "Stop touching me and I said stop breathing down my neck!" She said
He backed off
She breathed and dry heaved once again this time throwing up
He felt awful
She leaned back against the rub and put her head in her hands.

She walked downstairs to where everyone was having breakfast included her daddy. "Mommy I don't feel good" Reba walked over to her
"Come here baby." She said

Jackie felt her forehead and then her belly. "Yep your pregnant." She smiled
She groaned. Savannah had eggs. "Mmmm grandma these eggs are so watery, and runny... I love just poking the center and letting the yellow runny yoke just run out" Savannah said on purpose
Reba to the bathroom covering her mouth. "Savannah that was awful!" Jackie scolded
Savannah was laughing. "I thought it was pretty funny how weak she is" she laughed
"Savannah Blackstock!" Narvel said angry
"What! She's so gullible! Just the speak of runny she dashes for the toilet! It's funny and so lame!" She laughed
"Savannah your mother is pregnant and can't control it!" He was furious
Savannah's smile fell. "Grandma I'm all done with breakfast" she said tears started streaming down her face. She jumped on her horse and went for a ride far Way from them.
Narvel helped Reba
Reba was fine and was doing better but no one had seen Savannah in a while.
Savannah rode back to the stable and Reba found her
She was sitting in the hey and she was crying. It looked like she had cut her arms and that she had fallen off and bruised her arm that she was babying in her arms.
"Baby?!" Reba ran to her
"Go away... I just hurt people" Reba said. "And you might throw up if you see me this way so just leave me alone." She said
"Honey you didn't hurt me. I didn't even hear what you said. I was gonna throw up anyway. What happened?" She asked
"Nothing happened" she lied curling up closer
"Baby tell me." She said
"Daddy yelled at me after I said those things about my eggs when I was trying to be funny and you ran out and puked. He screamed at me and I ran out. I got on my horse and I stopped far far away and took my razor out and started cutting making my pain go away from him and hurting you. I cried whiling doing it but no one told me to stop and I one came to save me. Then on my way home my horse bucked me off forward and I landed on my arm and left side. It's really nothing" she said looking away.
Reba gasped and she had tears in her eyes. "Baby we need to get you cleaned up." She said
"I'm fine... Just go be with Daddy and show off the babies to the rest of your family. Your siblings are here now... I'm gonna go for another ride" she lied she wasn't really gonna go for a ride but she didn't want to go inside
"Honey I want to be with you. You need to get stitches." She says
"No no no. I'm not getting stitches. I'm fine. See... My cuts are fine my fall is only bruised" she said showing Reba her cuts. They were pretty gross and Reba looked like she was gonna be sick. Vannah covered them up and looked down
She looked up. She was crying. "I'm scared mama" she whimpered
"Baby I'm right here. Daddy is mad at you." She said
"I know he's mad at me" she said. "Will you protect me?" She asked standing up
"Of course." She said
She nodded and grabbed Reba's hand as she walked in. Narvel saw her conditions and she didn't look at him
"Vannah what happened?" He asked concerned
"Get away from me" she said going closer to Reba
"I'm sorry I yelled at you before honey." He said
"Yeah well sorry doesn't always cut it Narvel" Reba pipped in as vannahs as too scared and didn't want to talk
"Baby. I'm not going to do anything I want to help. I was mad at you and your cute. I got an email about something that made me mad and I shouldn't have taken it out on you." He said
She didn't say anything. "Mommy can we please just go to the hospital and get these stitches done and whatever else" she asked
She nodded. "What was the email about?" Reba asked
"Charlie." Is all he had to say. Savannah hugged Narvel tight
She was scared to get blood on his so she pulled Away. "What was it about Charlie?" She asked
"He's wanting you back." He said and kissed Savannahs cheek. "I love you." He said
"Wants who back?" Reba asked
"My wife." He said
Reba blushed. "Come on, we have to get you cleaned up" she said
She was blushing at how Narvel is so protective over her. She pecked his lips
He wrapped his arms around her waist and opened her mouth and softly dove his tongue into her mouth
She kissed him back
Savannah gagged
They ignored her
"Stop it! Your Gonna make me puke!" She said
They stopped and cleaned her up
Narvel rubbed Reba's back
They drove to the hospital
Vannah fell asleep
"Baby?" Reba said
She groaned. "Mommy I'm tired" she whined
"I know baby."she kissed her cheek
She closed her eyes again.
"Come on baby." She said
"No I'm fine, I want to go home and go to bed" she whined
"Want daddy to carry you in?" Narvel asked
She nodded
Narvel carried her in
She was curled up on his chest
Reba checked her in and sat down next to Narvel
Vannah was fast asleep in his arms
"She's so cute." Reba said
Narve smiled. "She's all we need to be happy" he said
She kissed him
He kissed her back
She smiled
The doctor called them back
Narvel carried Savannah
The doctor examined her
Reba rubbed savanna back
She didn't like this
"It's okay baby." She said
"Mommy I want to go home" she cried

She whimpered

They did what they needed and went back to jackies house
Savannah was completely asleep
Narvel carried her inside. They stitched up all her cuts and put an ace bandage over them to keep them from getting infected.
He carried her to her room Nd kissed her cheek
She was fast asleep and he went back downstairs.
Reba was petting Pepper
"Hey beautiful, how's my soccer players?" He asked
"Hi handsome. They are finally asleep." She said
He chuckled. "Well that's good. How about coach mommy comes and snuggles with coach daddy" he said
"Coach mommy loves that idea." She smiled
He smiled and laid down on his back and pulled her on top of him
She laid on her side and hugged  his waist
He kissed her head softly. "I love you" he said
"I love you too." She smiled
He rubbed her belly. "And I love my babies too" he said
"They love daddy." She smiled
He smiled and pulled her close. "I have a surprise for you" he said
She smiled big. "What is it?" She asked cutely
"Well theirs multiple steps" he said
She was confused but smiled anyways
"First you have to give me a kiss" he said
She kissed him
He smiled. "Now, go get dressed in the new dress I got you that's laying out on the bed.... Vannahs up their waiting for you" he said
She kissed him again and got up
He tapped her butt
She turned around and smirked at him
"Your hot baby" he said
She giggled. "Your not so bad your self handsome." She smiled
He smiled and pulled her close grabbing her butt and looking down at her. "Now go get ready and meet me down here when your done" he kissed her forehead.
She smiled and nodded. She pecked his lips
He smiled and went to get ready himself
Reba walked upstairs. "Hi baby." She said
"Hey mama, hurry up and get dressed
" she said
She giggled and kissed her cheek
Vannah smiled, she knew what her dad was up too and she knew Reba would love it.
"What are you two up too?" She asked
"I'm not tellin! But your gonna be so happy and maybe even cry a little" she smiled
She smiled
They got her ready and she looked beautiful, Narvel was waiting at the bottom of the stairs for her in a tux. "Oh babe you look beautiful!" He said gushing over her
"Aww thanks baby! Look how handsome you are!" She smiled
He smiled. "Let's go" he said, he took her to a 5 star restaurant and pulled her chair out for her
"Thanks babe." She smiled
He smiled. "Order whatever you like, and when we are done we're going to see the sound of music" he smiled
He know that was her favorite movie of all time.
He grabbed her hand across the table. "Then they're might be one or two more surprises after but that's for later" he said
She smiled and giggled. "The team is awake again." She said
"They must be excited to see the sound of music!" He said getting up and squatting down next to her and placing his hand on her stomach.
She giggled and put her hand on his
He smiled and they ate and then went to the play version of the sound of music. They got they're seats and about a quarter of the way through Reba had to pee, he helped her up and she walked to the bathroom. While she was was gone Narvel had hook ups and walked onto the stage and the performance stopped and they set everything up for his surprise. She walked back in and the guy who wrote the sound of music called her name. "Reba, would you mind coming up here?" He said. She walked up and the performance started again. Narvel took her in front of him and he got down on one knee and pulled out a ring box. He looked up at her and took the microphone and said "Reba... Babe will you do me the honor of making me the happiest man on earth again and re do our vows... Will you marry me again?" He asked
She gasped and had tears in her eyes. "In a heart beat baby." She smiled big
He smiled and kissed her deeply and the crowd started clapping and cheering
"I love you so much." She said
"I love you too babe" he said grabbing her hand and they walked back to their seats and Narvel grabbed her hand. "So are you still bored with our marriage?" He asked
"Absolutely not!" She kissed him deeply
He smiled and kissed her back. They watched the rest of the show and went home to Vannah. "Did she say yes?!" Vannah squealed
"Of course I said yes!" She smiled
"Oh mama! I'm so happy for you guys!" She hugged them tight
They kissed her cheeks and smiled. "Guess what?" Reba said
"What?" She asked
"How's my babies?" Vannah asked placing a hand on her stomach.
"Their good." She smiled
"Hi mama." She smiled
Jackie smiled. "So how was his plan?" She asked
"Nothing is planned yet." She said
"No meant for how he asked you to re do your vows? He planned that all on his own" she said

She giggled and leaned into him
He smiled and in front of the two other woman in the room he stuck his hands down the back of her pants kissing her neck
"DADDY! NARVEL!!" They yelled and covered their eyes
Reba pulled away from him and looked at him sternly. "Don't you do that again" she said looking at him. "It wasn't like I went down the front of your pants! I could have done it that way!" He defended
She grabbed his hand and brought up to their room. They did it.
Savannah's room was right next to their room and they were so loud. She could hear them even with her head phones in.
She walked to Jackies and clarks room
"Mommy and daddy are doing it and they're loud" she whined crawling in bed with them.
"Come here honey." Jackie said
She curled into Jackie. "Mommy said that she would sleep with me tonight and now she won't. She also promised that we would go see this movie I have been wanting to see in forever! And it started 45 minutes ago" she sighed Laying her head on jackies chest
Jackies kissed her head and rubbed her back
"Mommy can't keep promises" she mumbled and closed her eyes
Clark held her hand
She fell asleep in they're bed curled between them
The next day
Savannah woke up in bed with Clark.
"Hi grandpa." She said
"Hey pumpkin" he said kissing her head. "Where's mommy and daddy?" She asked
"Down stairs." He said
She sighed
"What pumpkin?" He said
"They're never with me" she said
"What do you mean?" He asked
"It's nothing" she said
"Honey tell me." He said
"Nothing" she said
"Savannah." He said
"Grandpa" she said
"Talk to me." He says
"It's nothing... Really" she lied
"Pumpkin please." He said
"Grandpa, thank you for being here but it's nothing" she said
"Sweetheart no it's not." He said
"Please just let it go" she said curling into him
He kissed her head
She closed her eye
She fell back asleep
She woke up at 2 in the afternoon still in the same place
She was so confused
"Grandpa?" She said
She was in the bed all alone
She crawled out of bed and rolled down the stairs. "Anyone?" She said
"Morning sleepy head." Reba smiled
"More like afternoon" someone said
Reba hugged her tight and the puppies came running over
"Hi babies" she smiled
Reba kissed her cheek. "How's your arm feeling?" She asked
"It's sore" she said
"I'm sorry." She said sadly
"Yeah but why would you care" she said walking out
"Honey of course I care. What's going on?" She asked
"Nothing" she said
"Honey I'm really sorry about last night." She said
"Oh wow" she said
"What?" Reba said
"Nothing, just leave me alone" she said

She just kept walking
"Savannah come back here." She said
"No!" She said
"Yes!" She said
"No! Just go bang your husband again!" She yelled
"SAVANNAH BLACKSTOCK GET OVER HERE!!" She said
Savannah started crying and she ran past Reba and out to the stables.
Reba ran after her
Savannah jumped on her horse and went out
Reba stopped the horse
The horse got startled and tried to throw Savannah off. "Shhhh, it's okay" Reba calmed her Dow
The horse calmed down." Mommy!" Savannah hugged her scared
She then pulled away when she noticed who she was hugging. "Go away." Savannah said pushing her away.
"Savannah." Reba grabbed her hand
"No, just go bang your husband loud this time rubbing in that your not keeping you promises, maybe if your louder the babies will here and not want to come I it this world. But I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem because you don't care about your other kids." She said
Reba just stood their in shock
Savannah hopped back on her horse and went the other way.
Reba stood there and broke down crying
Vannah went to her happy place and started to calm down.
"Mama?" She asked
"Yeah." She said
"Why are you crying?" She asked
"What you said." She said
"It was all true mom. I had to say it at some point" she said
"And that's why I'm crying. Because I know it is." She cried
Savannah sighed. She looked around and didn't know what to do
Reba opened her arms for a hug
She hugged her lightly and and pulled away
"Baby please." She said
She shook her head no. "Umm... My boyfriend is on his way and I'm going home with him" she said
"What boyfriend?! And no your not." She Said
"Yes I am, and we've been going out for 3 months... His name is Myles" she said
"Honey were staying here for a while." She said
"I need to get away" she said
"Honey your 13." She said
"What does that have to do with anything?! You don't pay attention to me whether I'm with you or not. If I stay here something bad is gonna happen." She said
"Baby I know I have been a little crazy lately with the babies and everything. You have no idea how guilty I feel about that." She said
"Then let me go with him" she said
"I can't do that." She said
"Then I can't talk to you" she said getting up and walking away
"Savannah I love you more then anything." She said
"Well right now. I don't love you back" she said
That hurt Reba deeply
Vannah walked inside
Reba also went inside
Vannah was sitting on the couch
Reba sat on the other one and blue snuggled with her. Pepper was with Savannaj
Savannah was crying into pepper trying to hide it
Savannahs phone went off. It was Myles. "I'm sorry but I don't think I can be in a relationship with anyone right now." He said
Savannah's heart sank and she chucked her phone hard across the room, she got up and started sprinting out of the house. She ran and ran down the paths crying
Narvel went running after her
She stopped at a lake only she knew about and went to her rock. She pulled her knees up to her chest and cried
"Come here baby." Narvel said
She ran to him and cried
He held her close
"He left me" she cried
"Who did what?" He asked
"Myles... He broke up with me" she cried
His heart sank and then filled with fire
"Daddy take me back to grandmas" she cried
"I want my mommy and daddy." She cried
He nodded and they went the short way back to jackies house
"Mommy?!" She cried out
She came in. "Oh thank god, why did you run?" She asked
"Mommy!" She just cried again
Reba looked at Narvel and just hugged her

Reba rubbed her back and swayed
"Mommys right here baby." She said
She sniffed. "He's gone" she said
"What do you mean baby?" She asked
"Myles... He broke up with me" she cried
"Oh sweetheart I'm so sorry." Reba's heart broke

The puppies ran over to her
She smiled
"Hey puppies!" She smiled
They barked

They kept running back and forth clarks room
They walked to clarks room
He wasn't breathing
Reba started crying and called 911

They took him by ambulance
"Baby stay here." Reba said
"No I want to go" Vannah said
"Are you sure?" She asked

"I don't want him to go" she cried

They got to the hospital
Savannah was clinging to Reba
They waited for news
Reba was so scared
A few hours later
Jackie walked into the waiting room
"Hi" Reba said
"Hi baby." She smiled
"How is he?" She asked
She shook head no

"He's not gonna make through the night." She cried
Reba's eyes went wide. "No... He's gonna be fine" she said determined
"Baby I don't know about that." She said
"No... Grandpa will be fine!" Savannah started crying

"Can I see him?" She asked
"Not yet baby." Jackie said
Vannah looked at Reba and she looked horrible. "I can't loose him" she cried

She closed her eyes

"Can we take a nap?" She asked

She fell asleep
A few hours later
Vannah woke up

She sighed
"I want to see him too." She said
"I want him to be better" she said

She started coughing

He doctor walked to them
She looked up.
"Jackie I would call the rest of your kids." She said
"He's fine. He's not leaving!" Vannah cried

She started gagging

"No! Not unless he stays! I can't loose him... He can't leave me now!"'she cried

She stopped dead in her tracks and ran to him. "Gramps... Please don't leave" she cried

She walked over to him and hugged him tight. "Please don't leave me" she said
"Honey listen to me." He said
She looked at him
"I love you more then you know. And so do your mommy and daddy. You have your mamas strength." He said
She looked at him and her tears fell on him. "Please don't go... Your strong too... Please stay" she cried

She sniffles. "Please" she whimpered
"Shh. It's okay." He said
"Why can't you hold on" she cried
He hugged her

"Can you do something for me?" He asked
She looked at him. "Anything" he said
"When those babies get here. Tell them how much you love them and I love them everyday." He said

"No. You can't leave me" she said
"Baby I will always be right here." He took her hand and put it over his heart
She started coughing. "Why can't you stay?" She said crying hard
"Baby I have been fighting for so many years. I'm ready." He said
"But I'm not" she said
"I know baby, but is anyone really ready." He said
She looked at him and started crying. "I love you" she cried and ran out as fast as she could
Narvel stopped her and brought her back. "I love you too baby." He said
She pushed out his grip and ran out of the hospital crying
Reba walked out to her
She was praying
"Hi baby." She said
She looked over at Reba and sighed. "Hi" she said quietly
Reba sat down next to her
"Mommy I don't know how to let him Go" she said
"I don't know either baby, but we're going to get through it together." She's and
Said
"No I need a reason. A good one before I let him go" she said
"A very wise women once said. A soul has to be taken home for a new soul to be born." She said
She leaned against Reba. "Mommy he's my best friend... I don't want to watch him suffer anymore and I don't want to watch him leave me forever" she said her voice cracking
"Baby he will never leave you. We might be able to see him but we can still talk to him and feel him." She said
She laid her head on her lap. "So you think I should go up their and tell him it's time to let go and not to hold on anymore because of me" she said
"If you think you should." She said
She breathed in. "It's time.." He voice was shaky and weak
"I love you." She said

Reba kissed her nose
"Will you wait out side while I go in... I want to do this on my own"'she said
"Sure baby." She said
They walked in and Vannah walked in alone. She walked over to her bed side. "Okay grandpa...I made my decision.. But first I want to go over some stuff with you. I love you and you have to promise if you leave me, you'll watch over me and be my guardian angel... You'll be their when I need someone to talk to and show me a sign when I need one to know your their. Your my best friend and what I'm about to say isn't easy. But whatever.... It's for the best. Grandpa... Go, be happy... Make all the pain go away and just remember me in your wildest dreams... Don't suffer any longer... Let God take you and you'll be happy and in a better place. I love you grandpa" she said and kissed his cheek holding his hand tightly and everyone flooded in, no one saying anything as they all watched him slowly be taken away. Savannah held back her tears and held Reba's hand right along with Clarks hand for the last time.
"I love you daddy." Reba said in tears. She was so proud at the little girl she had raised into a beautiful young lady.
Savannah bent over and whispered in his ear practically loud enough for everyone to here. "Mans don't forget the good times... Luke when you taught me how to ride. And all the times we got ice cream together.... I love you grandpa... Cowboys and cowgirls don't cry, always remember" she said but it was to late... He was gone. She backed away and held his hand still as she continued to hold her tears back at the sight of her dead grandfather
Jackie pulled her close and hugged her tight
She refused to let the gates open. She just hugged her tightly. "Thad was the right thing to do... Right?" Savannah asked
"Absolutely." She said
She nodded and looked at Reba and Narvel. "Mommy can we go home" she asked weekly still not opening up
"Honey it's okay to cry." She said
"No... Not here. Not ever. It's my fault he left. I'm the one that let him go.... I have no right to cry... Now can we just go back to grandmas" she said. She was as tough as a brick
"Baby look at me." She said
She looked at her
"You guys gave him the greatest of all." She said
She just nodded. She turned and walked over to him and hugged his dead body... She heard no heart beat and that scared her and that's when reality hit her. She had really lost her best friend. She walked out of the room and down at hall.
Reba walked to her and pulled he close

Reba rubbed her back
She was a mess. "He's gone! I let him go! And now... He's gone forever!" She cried
"He's not gone. He's in our hearts." She said
"Stop saying that! Stop! He's not here okay! He's not here to hold me, or to help me through tough times with you! He's physically gone" she said
Jackie walked out to help
"I just need to be alone, I don't need you I need alone time." She cried and walked away
She walked to the car
She curled up and let it all sink in. She was depressed... He was Gone and she was so hurt
Everyone else made their way to the car
She just wanted to go home
Reba got in the car and rubbed her belly. She was in tears
Savannah put in her ear buds and her mom had recorded a song called "just like them horses" and it was just like her grandfathers life
Reba got In the seat next to Savannah and just held her
Savannah was continuously crying
Reba kissed her head and rubbed her back
She fell asleep
Later that day
Savannah was laying in bed curled up in Clarks bed
The puppies were with her
She said as sniffling and rubbing there soft oats

"Come in" she sniffles
"Hi sweetie." Reba said
"Hi" she said quietly
Reba got on the bed with her

Reba rubbed her back
"I miss him" she sniffled
"I'm miss him too baby." She said choked up
She Laid her head on her chest. "He said to tell the babies that I love them everyday and also to tell them they're grandpa loves them very much" she said
Reba held her close and cried
Savannah was holding her tears back. She didn't want her mother to see her like that again so she just placed a hand on Reba's now bigger stomach and kissed the center. "I love you babies and grandpa Clark loved you both very much" she said rubbing soothing circles
Reba kissed her cheek.
She smiled
"I love you so much." She said

They snuggled for a while
A few weeks later
They were back in Nasville

Vannah was going to school
Reba walked into her room to wake her up
She was peacefully asleep
The puppies were both snoring in the bed with her
Reba giggled at them and she got on one side of the bed. It sank in and made a creek. She reached over and shook Vannah. "Baby, come on it's time for you to get up and go to school" she said
She groaned. She's not a morning person
"Come on honey, you have to get up" she said
She shook her head no
"Yes, come on your gonna be late" she said
"Mommy I don't want go." She said. This was her first day back and she was gonna have tosee Myles
"I know baby but you have to face your fear" she said
"Can I just stay with you?" She asked
"Nope, I have to work" she said
"Ugh." She said

She sat up
She kissed her head. "You have 25 minutes to get ready and then we are out the door" she said

"UGH!" She groaned and walked to her closet
Reba made breakfast and Narvel snuck up from behind and softly snaked his arms around her waist. "Hi beautiful" he whispered in her ear

"How you feeling this morning?" He asked, she has been having really bad morning sickness with this pregnancy
"I'm still a little nauseous, but not bad at all." She said
"Even with all this food?" He said
She nodded
He swayed her softly
She tilted her hand back and pecked his lips
He smiled and put his head on her left shoulder.
A sleepy Savannah trudged into the room and tired puppies followed her
"Morning sleepy head" they smiled
"Morning." She yawned and picked up the food bowls
Reba smiled and handed her a plate of food
"Thanks mama." She said and fed the dogs. "Sit." She told them
They sat and Reba smiled
She put he bowls down and she said down. "Eat." She said
They dug in and Reba was really nauseous
Narvel rubbed he back and Savannah ate
Reba couldn't eat, she leaned over onto the kitchen counter and put her head in her hands
Narvel rubbed soothing circles on her back
"I don't like this part" she said
"I'm sorry baby." He felt bad
She groaned and started whimpering
He hugged her tight
She hugged back and Vannah had to leave
"Who's driving me?" Vannah asked
"Your taking the bus" she said
She nodded
Reba kissed her head and she went to school and they went to work
Savannah didn't feel good all day. She was super congested
Reba wasn't in the mood to sing.
All Reba wanted to do was go home and snuggle with her husband and daughter
She pulled her phone out and she had a text from Narvel.
"Savannah just came home, she's sick" he said
"Can we go home and take care of her?" She replied
"You can, I can't" he said
"Why can you?" She asked
"I have a lot of paper work to do, they're are a lot of complaints about you canceling your shows so I have to take care of them" he said
"Tell them that my babies are more important than tour." She said
"Will do boss" he said
"Okay I love you." She said
"Love you too baby, give Vannah a kiss on the head for me and I'll be home as soon as I can" he said
"Okay I will." She said
Reba went home and walked in. "Vannah?" She said
She was curled into a ball on the couch under her blanket and with her dogs. "Hi mommy." She said
Reba smiled and sat next to her. "Hi beautiful, what's wrong?" She asked
"I'm so congested and my ears and throat are killing me." She whimpered
"Aw my baby is sick" she said sitting on the edge of the couch and placing a hand on her forehead.
"I think I have a fever too." She said
"You do, come on baby. I'll help you upstairs and you can lay with me in me and daddy's big bed" she said
She nodded and sat up
She helped her upstairs
"Hold on." Savannah stopped at the top of the stairs and gripped the railing
"What's wrong?" Reba asked concerned.
"I'm dizzy." She said
Reba picked her up and carried her to her room.
Savannah was shaking
"Shhh" Reba said
She tried to stop but she couldn't
"It's okay baby" she said
"My chest hurts mommy." She said choked up
"Oh baby, it's okay honey... Just take a nap" de said

"Make the room stop spinning and take the pain away." She cried

The babies were kicking hard and he could see their feet moving on her belly
He walked over and rubbed her belly

A few weeks more had past and Reba had blown up like a ballon
Today was every special day. Reba was going to ask Savannah to be her maid on honor
She was nervous
Reba got her a beautiful necklace
She walked into the living room.
Savannah was watching tv

"Why don't you come with me" she said
She looked at her confused
"Come on" she said reaching over and grabbing her hand

"Alright, why don't you sit down and I will get the surprise ready" she said

She had tears in eyes. She was so happy. "Of course I will mommy." She said
Reba smiled and hugged her. "I picked the date and its next month... I'm gonna be huge" she said
"Your beautiful." She smiled
"I think I'm gonna change it to after the babies are born" she said
"Why?" She asked
"Because I want them at the wedding" she said
"Aww." She smiled

Reba smiled. "What do you say you guys come with me...mama said she had something for me at her house" she said

"Wanna go out for lunch?" Narvel asked

"You can though, I just don't feel right" Reba said

Later that day
Reba was coughing
Narvel rubbed her back
She pushed him away
"Honey I wanna help." He said
