Stella's POV:
Kyland and I were sitting at our booth in Jeff's diner, our favorite dinner, sipping drinks and eating fries when the door chimed. From where we sat, we could see the while diner including the door through which a big group of kids came through. I recognized two of them as my friends Brandon and Jessie, but there was two other boys and a girl I didn't know. The girl had shoulder length black hair, a green hoodie and black leggings on with brown ugg boots. One of the two boys had dirty blonde hair, very muscular arms, and wore a red Hollister tank top (despite the cold) with black Jeans. The other boy had black hair with a blue and gray beanie slung over his head. He wore a pair of Ray Bans so I couldn't see his eyes, but I knew him. I just didn't know how. Brandon walked over to us, the group in tow.
''Hey!'' Brandon was a total skater from his sweeping brown hair to his snake bites to his tattered vans. He always had a board under his arm and a smile on his face. Most of the time, he was a total sweetheart, but never,.and I mean never, get on his bad side. He was one guy you would not like to mess with, which I loved because he was basically my older brother who I knew'd protect me.
''Hey,'' I said to them. Jessie, Brandon's brother and also my gay best friend, waved at me, beaming wildly. He straightened his galaxy bow tie and sat down at the booth across from us. The rest followed as a waitress scurried over. Only the familiar looking boy remained standing. He pulled a chair over and put it beside the booth. Then he took off his glasses and looked over at me. A smile played at the corners of his lips as if he wasn't sure if he should smile or not. His crystal blue eyes made me shudder. It couldn't be. I almost choked on a fry when I realized.
''Oh shit. Logan...''
**Quick note! Sorry it was kind of short. I have limited time but I wanted an update. More to come :)
