Thomas ~ The Glade

I was gardening, gardening was my job in the Glade, Thomas was out running with Minho.

I missed him a lot, Gally was being an asshole again; He was raving on about how much he hated Thomas.

In my opinion, Gally was a shucking slinthead, he's not even in charge!

I really need to tell Thomas something, it's urgent.

I have feelings for Thomas, he's been my good friend for a while now, then it just turned into love I guess.

I've always thought Thomas was different from the rest, he's brave, curious and he even wanted to become a runner!

He'll find us a way out of the Maze, I just know it.

It's dusk now, Thomas had just come back from running.

He'd found a machinery part from a Griever.

He was to busy to talk to me; Newt was busy guarding the Maze room "Newt, let me through... Please" I sighed sadly.

"I can't they're holding a meeting" he said.

Newt and I are pretty good friends, he told me how he got his limp and everything.

"Please... I need to tell him" I trailed off.

Newt knows how I feel about Thomas.

"Good luck shuck face" he joked.

"Thanks Newt" I smiled gratefully.

I walked in and Thomas looked mad "Tommy, she needs to tell you something" Newt shouted.

"What" he hissed.

He walked up to me slowly and whispered "what the hell are you doing here, you could get hurt".

I sighed "I love you Thomas" I said trying not to cry.

He cupped my face and looked into my eyes.

"I love you too Y/N, I love you too" she whispered, kissing me on the cheek.

That night we shared a hammock, we cuddled until dawn and talked.

That's when I definitely knew I loved him.
