Exploring Vegas

Vegas. Vegas seemed like the place to be. They seemed pretty safe considering everything there was anything but normal.

     They walked around quite a bit, "Hey lady, nice horse and dogs!" one guy yelled.

     "Love the costumes!" said another. 

     They were happy to be in Vegas. No one knew that they were real animals walking around. They saw plenty of sights, like the LUXOR, Caesar's Palace, and more. They were enjoying themselves until a police man walked up to Abby. "Excuse me miss, but I'm going to have to see a Permit for walking around a horse and two foxes." He sternly said.

     Abby looked frightened. What would happen to Zoe, Sofia, and Christina? Would he take them away? "Umm... sadly, I left them in my other pants... I can go get them for you. We're spending the night right here at the LUXOR." she shakily replied.

    The cop gave Abby a funny look, "Do I look like an idiot to you? We're in Vegas. I know how this will end. I've seen this happen too many times." he clarified.

     Abby's face turned bright red in embarrassment. "Abby we should get out of here!"  Zoe thought to Abby. Abby nodded but didn't reply back. "Before we go, can I just say something to my pets in private?" Abby pleaded.

     "You have one minute."

     Abby took Sofia, Zoe, and Christina around the corner. She picked up Sofia and Christina and told Zoe to fly away. Zoe did as she was told, for she didn't want to be taken away and left with Christina and Sofia.

     They flew north west for longer than they hoped. Zoe finally stopped on a roof top. "We're not in Vegas anymore, but we might not want to stay very long... We're in Carson City... the capitol... another place not to be." Abby blurted.

     They were all tired. Luckily for them it was night time upon their arrival. They spent the night on the roof top, then headed out before quarter sun.  "I think we should keep going east... More of the world is that way and I think it might be prettier the farther from California we are." Abby claimed. They all agreed. Zoe shrunk her friends and put the dome around them so they wouldn't fall. They were flying peacefully when something got in their way... something... different... something new to the animals.
